Launched from the Sandusky city ramp in search of some nice fall walleye. We ended up fishing at the dumping grounds off Marblehead. We Trolled multiple times in tight to shore in the bay at the edge of dark with nothing to show for our efforts. It seemed as if the fish were still hanging around outside the bay in 40 fow. The best presentation we had was 25/60 with two ounces of weight. The speeds were anywhere from 1.2/1.8 mph. The best color was the clear purpleperch top 20 from smithwick. The biggest fish went 7.5lbs. Lake Erie is already setting up for some awesome wintertime trolling or jigging opportunities. I hope the weather cooperates.

You remind me of my uncle talking about back in the day 🤣 you talk just like him,also while watching im cringing watching you flip them in the boat like that had a buddy get a hook in the eye doing that good video

No it's not to busy weekdays unless there is a bass tourny goin on or something like that. Usually by this time of the year the ramps are pulled out for winter. As of now Im not shure if they are still in or not.

Was wondering how you keep your fish until you get to weigh in?
If we're ever lucky enough to catch a weigh fish I'd put it in a cooler full of ice and head to Erie outfitters.
