If you don't know what you are doing or have a tutorial , you can be like me and get your first lich to level 5 , and then try to kill it when you don't have good enough equipment. And also it depends on the lich's abilitys because they can be very powerful. Leaving aside the actual fights with the liches , the grind for the parazon mods to defeat them is a PAIN , for my first lich I got every mod possible exept for 1 of the 3 I needed , it took me a long ass time to get the last one because first of all the relic would drop most of time from enemies/missions and second of all , when I had the relic the mod wouldn't drop! The only way to grind those damn requiem relics without going mad is to do it with other players , soo you have better chances someone from the squad gets the mod you need it .

Kuva Lich/Sister tips: Don't farm murmurs solo. Whenever you stab your lich and it's incorrect, your teammates will get a lot of murmur progress and vice versa. Boosters affect murmurs and relic drop chances. Much better than Floods imo. DON'T stab your lich until you know what requiem mod you need. If your lich spawns before you're ready, down him 3 times and he'll leave. Only 1 lich can be spawned at a time so if a squadmate needs to stab theirs, don't be an asshole and ignore yours. Some times they glitch out and are down but don't leave. Nothing can be done about that, so extract Buy an Oull mod. It acts as a 'wildcard' it vastly speeds up the checking process by allowing you check the 2nd slot, saving a stab. It's also like a 33% drop chance upon your final stab before the showdown. If YOUR LICH IS TOXIN, RADIATION. OR HAS A NUKOR GET AWAY FROM DEFENCE TARGETS. As soon as they spawn they are very likely to Smite you and rad procing you or a teammate. Swift Mercy parazon mod speeds up the stabbing animations. Pretty handy if your slaying a lot of liches. There's an 800p bundle in the market with a set of all the parazon mods and relics, very expensive, yet very handy starter pack. Lich/Sisters have a 20% chance to spawn with an ephemera. One for each element. Cassini Saturn get 10 kills in 10 seconds to spawn a larvaling for getting lichs. Hydra Pluto get T1 granum void and 10 kills in 10 seconds to spawn a candidate for Sisters. If you're farming a specific weapon but aren't getting the one you want, let the larvaling/candidate die and extract and it will remove that weapon from the pool. Leaving the mission will not remove it. Sonar Banshee and a shotgun can one shot LV5 Liches easily Do the Railjack Showdowns solo if you have a decent railjack. Randoms usually have shit railjacks. Please for the love of God, get Seeking Volley for your railjacks.

What‘s the reason for doing the final showdown on solo? Tbh when i started doing liches i wasn‘t really able to clear RJ content easy ane efficiently because my RJ sucks and i didn‘t want to farm Rj Intrinsics so i just always did the final showdown in a Public Group to get past the final step for free and get carried on the RJ Part of the Mission.😂

Because you don't really have to do most of the job since you can hire 3 Railjack crewmates from the Ticker on Fortuna. What you need are 2 crewmates that have an high "gunnery" stats since they'll basically kill the enemies for you and you'll only need to focus on crew ships. Then you need 1 last member that has high "repair" stats, so that it will repair your ship and you'll NEVER need to use the Omni again. For the rest you just need to find railjack pieces that give you a lot of shield, health and speed and you're good, of course discard useless pieces for a good amount of Endo
But many noobs arent able to do that. Railjack is completely seperate from the normal star chart. To do their liches, they would have to grind railjack for who knows how long? Just let the nubs queue public, but if you are good enough to do them on private, it saves a ton of time. @thatguyzerg
@@Benzinilinguine Railjack as of now is far easier to build than how it used to be when Empyrian came out years ago and doesn't cost as much back then. Making a build for the Railjack is easier than building a Warframe or a weapon and I'm not exaggerating about it. You literally need 3 crewmates and they basically do most of the job for you. Plus Lloydy is someone that so far learned things very quickly, so it wouldn't surprise me if next time he already knows how to make liches quickly
When I heard you can't use your already farmed Requiem Mods for the new Coda Liches in the upcoming 1999 update and DE said, you'd need to farm completely new ones, I thought I'd get an aneurysm
For any new players who may be watching this, it is recommended to farm a full set of requiem mods before killing the enemy that creates your lich/sister. If you regularly do the kuva missions for riven gambling, you'll passively build up a stock of requiem relics.
I'm ashamed to admit there is some joy watching someone else besides me struggling to know what to do with like anything in this game. Also that Destiny 1 soundtrack was a nostalgia punch so thank you for that.
A good way to get relics is go to the planet your lich is on. Their hounds (enemies who reveal which requiem mods to use) have a chance to drop them. Once you get through your first lich you should probably have a decent amount saved up.
The grind slows down with time once you start doing more liches you'll probably never have to any kuva mission for requiem relics since you get them from the missions. Also helps that youll get a Oull requeims that can take form of any remueim mod
15:15 you have no idea , played when it first came out and it was a terrible system , you couldn’t even see what weapon you got until after you made the lich so if you got duplicates (which happened more than it should) you had to do this process and try again , one of the worst grinds they ever came out with imo
The liches get faster as you do them because you get more requiems and you get Oulls which basically are every requiem mod so they are always correct. I can crank out a kuva lich in about an hour nowadays, shorter if I get lucky with the requiem placements
It gets easier once you get the ball rolling. It takes forever to get the first few relics and requiems but once you’re set up you can do 3-4 in about as many hours.
Two things to make the grind easier: 1) Make the Relic Radiant using Void Traces (Higher chance of rarer rewards) 2) Join/Make a squad of players also running the same relic

I was surprised when I found out that relics were dropped from lich slaves, after that a massive purge of these poor people just started, I'm not sure if my lich reacted to it in any way. He was bored so I turned him into a weapon without regret. But look how nice I have now, an electric kuva gatler, his do nice ka-boom 😊
there are a total of 20 kuva lich weapons and 15 Sister Tenent weapons (but the 5 sister melees are bought from the Perin sequence leader and not sisters) so until the infested liches come out sometime soon there are 35 of these kinds of weapons. fortunately you can both stockpile the requiem mods, and you can tell which weapon the lich you create will have over their head so you can refuse to kill them at creation and try to make a different one. You CAN get a second version of a kuva weapon and use it to upgrade the element of either one.
also, the first one or two was definitely a little frustrating for me, but after the second one i started getting comfortable with how it works and got into a groove
meanwhile me killing two liches within 1 hour😂 also a note from an experince you need 175 forma's to max rank every single kuva and tenet weapon😅 which is 30 different liches and 200 corrupted holokeys from voidstorms (relics) in railjack missions to get the remaining 5 tenet weapons
I had my first Lich for over 2 years because of the absolute drag it is. Also, whenever grinding for stuff like this always go public, you may not get it but someone else will and you can just piggyback.

This is such a coincidence because I just got all the parts to build Wisp Prime. She is an awesome support frame and I still have her Dex skin. Been holding on to it for about a year. I hope they give her a rework eventually. It would be really cool if on double jump she could float slowly to the ground. This would give her more time to be invisible. And maybe upgrade or change Sol gate. I'm going to put roar on her 4 eventually and have a go at it. Thank you so much for making this guide.
Ye the first lich is kinda a pain, after this you get the oull mod + with the right method liches are now done in 1-2h tops start to finish. Having friends to share the mods with also helps.
Starting the kuva grind is super painful, but once you get a good amount of relics and murmur for your parazon it kinda smoothens out and isn't so painful, you get the few relics stocked up from doing a lich hunt and when you need a new murmur you have a decent stockpile of stuff. But man the start is brutal as all hell, I don't understand why it hasn't been eased out or reworked in some way just to make it less of an upfront grind
You could have openned the other requiem relics on open squads to see if someone was opening the 4. That could get you the khra. Also, farming the lich could grant you the Oull wich will substitute any requiem mod. each requiem has 3 uses and these uses are only consumed after you hit the correct sequence for killing the lich and you can see it getting consumed on 26:20. After the requiem is consumed, you can use 4 of them to transmute into another requiem mod. There are 9 requiem mods including Oull, but Oull can only be gotten from a lich/sister on the moment you get the correct sequence
60% electric kuva hammer, thats incredibly good, you could run a status/crit build with melee influence and still mod for a secondary typing like blast or gas. You got yourself quite the weapon sir.
Oh poor baby Lloydy, you tried to do requiem relics SOLO? *Never* run any type of relics without a 4 man squad, you literally have 4x higher chances of the loot you desire. Just always run that shit on public.
sorry this is my 2nd comment. I wanna tell some thoughts of mine to grind those Kuva lichs. Annoying is the part of farming the requiem mods. It takes also time to discover the 3 needed relics and hunt down the lich to try out the requiem mods. Once all three were correct, it takes off one point of all mods used (max. 3 uses) and the kuva lich is easy done, because now it is railjack stuff. hah... "easy" ye

Lol, great rant, and yes, DE deserves it. The way the Lich system works is a pain, especially when you're first getting into it. One thing I will say you messed up with: when you found yourself between Kuva Alerts you should have run some public missions to crack your dupe Requiem Relics. You might have been able to pick up the ones you needed from other peoples relics. The Sisters of Parvos are similarly annoying, but in addition to a Tenet weapon you also get a Hound companion from them. Hounds are awesome. And yes, 1999! I'm thinking we'll see an "Available now!" announcement at the Game Awards on the 12th. Honestly, the only reason I'll be watching, though new game reveals will make for some tasty gravy, hopefully.
for me when I was doingthem I always did them in groups not SOlo it seems to go faster and judgeing bye the average damage you are doing well just do it and if it pops it kill it it moves to a different planet and you start over but and the Kuva is tougher to beat and yes you need at east one of all those relics then you have to figure out the order out of maybe 20 I have done I think once I got lucky and got all three on the third try then went and killed it got the wepon its a huge hassle . but the otehr one the none kuva lich ( I dont ermemebr the name of them something queens I think) are much more of a hassle and plus a space battle to get to them but on average I alwasy ended up fighting my kuva at its highest level becasue I was very unlucky most times lol
I feel this, I’m getting hammered trying to get Wisp’s chassis from relics so I’ve had no desire to farm relics to get the mods. She’s just been chilling, stealing my stuff for months. And she’s gonna continue haunting me until she steals something I actually care about.
This video had me experiencing past traumas when i did my very first Lich💀 I hated to farm those damn Parazon mods so much that i just ignored my first Lich for almost 2 years😂😂😂 But when i finally got past my inner deamons, i took the hunt into my hands and finally killed the Lich that was stealing my sh* for almost 2 years straight😂

I remember when I was acquiring the mods as well. It took a long time but I just traded. Trading is the way to go for this.

This is such a coincidence because I just got all the parts to build Wisp Prime. She is an awesome support frame and I still have her Dex skin. Been holding on to it for about a year. I hope they give her a rework eventually. It would be really cool if on double jump she could float slowly to the ground. This would give her more time to be invisible. And maybe upgrade or change Sol gate. I'm going to put roar on her 4 eventually and have a go at it. Thank you so much for making this guide.
Ye the first lich is kinda a pain, after this you get the oull mod + with the right method liches are now done in 1-2h tops start to finish. Having friends to share the mods with also helps.

Starting the kuva grind is super painful, but once you get a good amount of relics and murmur for your parazon it kinda smoothens out and isn't so painful, you get the few relics stocked up from doing a lich hunt and when you need a new murmur you have a decent stockpile of stuff. But man the start is brutal as all hell, I don't understand why it hasn't been eased out or reworked in some way just to make it less of an upfront grind

The very first time is always the hardest. When u get an oul parazon mod from killing ur lich it gets easier
You could have openned the other requiem relics on open squads to see if someone was opening the 4. That could get you the khra. Also, farming the lich could grant you the Oull wich will substitute any requiem mod. each requiem has 3 uses and these uses are only consumed after you hit the correct sequence for killing the lich and you can see it getting consumed on 26:20. After the requiem is consumed, you can use 4 of them to transmute into another requiem mod. There are 9 requiem mods including Oull, but Oull can only be gotten from a lich/sister on the moment you get the correct sequence
60% electric kuva hammer, thats incredibly good, you could run a status/crit build with melee influence and still mod for a secondary typing like blast or gas.

Oh poor baby Lloydy, you tried to do requiem relics SOLO? *Never* run any type of relics without a 4 man squad, you literally have 4x higher chances of the loot you desire. Just always run that shit on public.
Hey mate if you didn’t know there’s always a high lvl kuva alert (lvl 80-100) it always gives you a relic and not a chance of a relic like the others

sorry this is my 2nd comment. I wanna tell some thoughts of mine to grind those Kuva lichs. Annoying is the part of farming the requiem mods. It takes also time to discover the 3 needed relics and hunt down the lich to try out the requiem mods. Once all three were correct, it takes off one point of all mods used (max. 3 uses) and the kuva lich is easy done, because now it is railjack stuff. hah... "easy" ye

Kuva liches is still longer compared the sister liches, Lich hunt is always harder at first but easier after that only because of the requiem mods.

Lol, great rant, and yes, DE deserves it. The way the Lich system works is a pain, especially when you're first getting into it. One thing I will say you messed up with: when you found yourself between Kuva Alerts you should have run some public missions to crack your dupe Requiem Relics. You might have been able to pick up the ones you needed from other peoples relics.
The Sisters of Parvos are similarly annoying, but in addition to a Tenet weapon you also get a Hound companion from them. Hounds are awesome.
And yes, 1999! I'm thinking we'll see an "Available now!" announcement at the Game Awards on the 12th. Honestly, the only reason I'll be watching, though new game reveals will make for some tasty gravy, hopefully.

for me when I was doingthem I always did them in groups not SOlo it seems to go faster and judgeing bye the average damage you are doing well just do it and if it pops it kill it it moves to a different planet and you start over but and the Kuva is tougher to beat and yes you need at east one of all those relics then you have to figure out the order out of maybe 20 I have done I think once I got lucky and got all three on the third try then went and killed it got the wepon its a huge hassle . but the otehr one the none kuva lich ( I dont ermemebr the name of them something queens I think) are much more of a hassle and plus a space battle to get to them but on average I alwasy ended up fighting my kuva at its highest level becasue I was very unlucky most times lol

I feel this, I’m getting hammered trying to get Wisp’s chassis from relics so I’ve had no desire to farm relics to get the mods. She’s just been chilling, stealing my stuff for months. And she’s gonna continue haunting me until she steals something I actually care about.

It gets easier bro. Once you have a stockpile you can farm multiple liches every day until you complete the collection

I killed my lich in 2 hours and I killed 4 already. The more you kill the faster you kill them..
now try and get either the
1.) Kuva Nukor: Magnetic Damage
2.) Kuva Zarr: Toxin Damage
3.) Kuva Bramma: Toxin Damage
and you will have insanely strong weapons lol
