@@Stressless2023 - It was a factor in that that's how the police already had his fingerprints on file. I don't know what the police claimed in the affidavit for the arrest warrant, but his prints inside his friend's vehicle doesn't amount to probable cause for a homicide charge. The judge who granted the warrant may need to be scrutinized, too. But regardless, the news station had another agenda in bringing up his previous, unrelated conviction.

@@tracey6621 So, hire your own Private Investigator. He would probably do a better job then the local law enforcement and would be dedicated to solving the case. The reason why I suggest a PI is bc when my identity was stolen I had a Houston Police investigator look into it and he didn't do anything. He literally wait an entire week bc he called me back to tell me he tried and their was nothing he could and couldn't catch the perpetrator. So, right after he hung up I gathered the evidence I had. I went through it and found some interesting information. Went online and started looking up the hospital she had been to and called them and asked for her phone and address then found where she worked. I called the police department in that area told them what happened and the officer was shocked bc he couldn't believe that the Houston PI didn't find anything and he had my case for a week and here I am solving my own case. It took me an hour to get it all done on the same day the Houston PI called me. Once I gave the Georgia Police the address and phone to where she was working he called her job and asked if she was at work, they confirmed she was. He along with a couple of other officers walked in and arrested her. He called me back told me what happened and explained that she was an illegal. This went to court and she was sent back and they cleared my name and credit report. So, if you are getting threats call your carrier and see what they can tell about the call especially if the number is blocked. They can investigate the problem on their end to find out who it is maybe even keep track. They may help, they may not but you won't know unless you call. If you can't hire your own personal PI then start investigating and be your own PI. Be the main character in this story and be the PI. People now and days depend to much on others and the government. You can also speak with the PI or officer over the case about giving him information you may have received, learned or found. Things can get done when every body works together. Good luck and I hope he gets caught.

The next step would be to interview him, definitely not to arrest-there is no probable cause to arrest, I’m sure there were other fingerprints.
