Hey Lady, newish viewer here! Just wanted to say that finding your channel has been amazing as a new player to the game. I have Autism and often struggle with new game mechanics. But with how detailed and thorough you are, ive had an amazing time with this game so far! How youve worded everything you say is makes me just appreciate and understand this game so much more! You truly are a Legend! (Also, my Best Guns are the Ranger .243 and Zarza .308, almost all my loadouts carry them 😊)
This post is several months old, but I just wanted to say thank you for putting a smile on my face this morning. Seeing an autistic person getting this kind of joy from this game is just fabulous! We're all so glad you found this game and community! Thanks for posting @PedroTheScottishGuy!
hi lady! I got my first diamond like 3 days ago and what is so cool aaout it was that, i shot 2 diamonds in a day! I got spine shot to fallow deer and i was so angry so i just got playing and wolah! Right there is diamond red deer. I was so excited:D and today i found 7 and 8 red dear in same group just walking. (i dont have tents)but straight to the point why im here. I love malmer 7mm
My favorite weapon is the Moradi. I'm more accurate with it, the follow up shots are pretty quick, reloads are quick, and the penetration is second to none. The .300 gets just about as good, but ammo is a lot more expensive. My second favorite 4-8 rifle is the Olsson .308 from hunter Power Pack. It is just so accurate! The .338 Was the biggest disappointment for me. It should be getting a lot more penetration than it does. I hunted Revontuli Whitetail this morning with the .243, and I lost every buck I shot with it! I know my shots should have been good on all of them, but I somehow didn't get the hits. I like the .22-250 or the 6.5 for whitetail. Both are way more accurate. My favorite gun for turkeys and all level 1's is the Virant.
I love my 50 cal. Black powder cap gun. Also used the 762 round on a deer and blasted it. The ping gun ain't bad. But I kinda suck at finding deer. I love my tent as well. Those guns. I'm using kills anything in the non dlc maps. I killed a moose with the 762 mm round.
The pistol is good for leveling up your Handgun score early and is pretty light, and it's a lot of fun to use. It also uses Rifle scopes, which is awesome.
Ideal loadout based on this video is the following, by class # (and the loadout that I use on every map): Class 1 - 12G Cacciatore then switch to .22 Virant for longer shots Classes 2-3 - .243 Ranger Classes 4-6 - 7mm Bolt Action or .308 Zarza Classes 7-9 - .300 Canning Handgun for aggressive animals - .454 Rhino (classes 4-9)
@@LadyLegendXO 2:44 the only guns with more penetration are the .470 Nitro and the .454 rhino/Sundberg both with 100, so if we ever get a rifle that shoots .454 it may be the best in the game. Well and the .44 pistol that uses the same ammo
she is the first woman who plays this game so hard, I also play it but I haven't reached lv-50 or 60 like you, I'm a beginner, I'm only lv 17 - tonight I watched some guns that fire by the way, I don't have any good weapons at all and I wrote down some weapons to buy because I don't have them in my inventory, but I have some that fire one shot at a time and to load quickly those tripods are for sale in the game because I didn't have them anymore not at all
I just had one of those "moments" today. I spotted a lion and positioned a tripod to get a better view over the grass in Vurhonga Savanna. Used my Tzurgi .338 and when it was facing the right way I fired. NO hit! So I gave it a chaser shot and got a good hit on it! Tracked it down and then I noticed 2 spots of hunting pressure. Not only did I get it with the wrong gun, but in the butt-cheek as well! 🐂
I must say that the Kullman Hornet grew on me. It is of course slower than the Virant but it is the only gun in the game that covers level 1 and 2. With that you can sport the Kullman, Moradi and MAG 300 and you are good to go for all classes with just 3 guns.
@@thegjraffe when I first got the kullman I was in love. An actual varmint rifle in my eyes. As time went by. It let me down over and over again. It just doesn't have the penetration. The Virant has more reliable penetration. But the class is only a 1. I'm tired of preaching the same old, same old. They need to bring in a ballistics expert and rework all of the rifles and ammunition according to Mfg's specs and get away from personal opinions. Everyone's biased to something. That has no place here. We can be bias in our own game. But everyone shouldn't have to suffer from a handfuls bias opinions.
I'm new to the game, bought some random bundle on sale about a month ago or whenever. I like good capacity, 5rd .308 and 5rd .22 with a 357 revolver. But the triple barrel shotgun-rifle is pretty cool and feels like it saves a little weight. Too bad it's not easy between switching cartridge type from rifle mode to and from shotgun mode, but it's still nice.
I’m a new user I want to know what is the best version of the game because I don’t have some of the guns on this list I would like to try the try pods too please and thank you
I would prefer 1-round 7mm more than the 3-round one. Mainly because class 9 is a challenging class but the 3-round made it so easy to hunt them making the game no longer the feeling you have initially for the game. I always love the rewarding feeling when I down a cape buffalo with 1-round 7mm or with a crossbow, that is what's worth playing.
I really like the punchy-ness of the Zarza .308, but I think the Malmer has become my go to rifle for deer species. I use the .338 or .300 for my class 8-9 animals. Malmer just doesnt seem to stand up to the challenge in my opinion. Just not enough oomf for me lol. I wanted to like the .223 but the .243 has more power and you get free ammo for it so why not use it, you know? Anyways, great video as always. Good luck on the hunt!
I definitely rate the M1 Iwaniec and the Vibrant .22LR among the best guns. Pretty much always have those two in my Loadout unless a mission requires a specific replacement for the M1.
The original muzzle loader with minie balls is probably my favorite, followed by the .44 mag lever action. After that I would say the canning if going for t9, but otherwise I use the air gun, a compound bow, or the virant .22
Best loadout, I’ve gotten a lot of people to go with my loadout. 22 hornet, kills 1-2, 6 shots, maradi lever action, kills 3-8, good for that closer range shot, and for the longer range, 7mm 3 shot rifle, 4-9. By far, the maradi is the best one to use with insane penetration.
The .303 is not only my favorite 4-8 rifle but my overall favorite gun in the game. On a side note, I think you should at least mention the Olsson Model 23 alongside the other 4-8 rifles. I actually prefer it over the Zarza .308 and I'd like to see it get some more attention.
Zarza ,308 is my favorite.... I went hunting for the first time in Hirschfelden and I killed a female albino buffalo it was in the 2nd herd i came across and was my 4th kill. I was extremely surprised when I saw her. Also, I was coming across alot of 7 very hard Red Deer, and I haven't even started to hunt them. Like I said, I just started hunting that map and was still opening it up and finding drink zones. Is that normal to come across an albino buffalo or a 7 very hard Red Deer so early in the hunt?
I primarily like hunting medium to large game. So my go to loadout consists of the Zarza 308. And the Arzyna 300 for big game 7-9. I find it more accurate and less recoil than the Canning 300. And it has 5 shots instead of 4. But the last little while, for carrying capacity sake, and for wider range prey. I switched up the 308 with the Ranger 243. This is for when I just want to bag almost everything I can find. Lol
If I’m having weight issues I will use the .22 defender and the .245 pistol. For wolves I love the 10 mm. I can track circling wolves much quicker with it than with the rhino
Gamer Stalker (Steam) ranks ammo using the moose quick kill bonus. The distance is less than 20 meters. 50 shots with each cartridge. The research is not finished yet. Hi im beginner and I have a one question, can you just use one rifle for all classes of animals, for example .300 magnum because its for 7-9 class so its for biggest animals, and from some my logic if you can kill the biggest animal then you can kill and the smallest too. Please answer. Thanks
@@limun5475 this is because let’s say that it is ethical to shoot big animals with it but you remove trophy score from smaller classes because it is overkill. So yes you can kill with it but it is not recommended hope this helps
I did a restart after building a new machine and a clean Windows 11 install-the Windows 10-11 upgrade did bad things to my machine. So, at level 11, there's a lot of stuff I haven't unlocked, and even if it were unlocked, I couldn't afford it. I love Lever guns and black powder, although I like a good bolt action. I also like the AR platform for the flexibility, but I find them ugly. Personal favorites Moradi, Coachman, Jernberg Superior, Malman 7mm Mag. Current loadout for SRP: I've got the Zarza .223 and Zarza 22LR, the Malmer 7mm Mag, and the Jernberg Superior. That changes depending on where I am and will change more as I level. Some Real World Ballistics... I prefer the challenge of getting close (I like Bows), so only having a 150-yard range isn't a big problem for me. That is where my Marlin .45-70 is zeroed to. This means I can aim dead center, and at closer ranges, I'll be as much as 3" higher; at about 175 yards, I'll be 4" lower. At 200, it might be as much as 6" low. And frankly, I'm unlikely to take a shot beyond 200 yards without a scope. And even with one, I'd have to be in desperate need to take a shot of an animal beyond 300 yards - Targets, sure, animals... no, I'm just not good enough to risk that. I'd love to know where they got their penetration numbers from. I can tell you the .45-70 will punch through a deer, elk, or moose. I've seen cases where it almost went through a cape buffalo from front to back (depends on loading, of course - these shots are all done with a minimum of a 405-grain bullet - the buffalo was a 500 grain. There is no case where I see a .44 Magnum out penetrating a .45-70. A hot .44 load is a 270gr bullet with a muzzle velocity of just under 1500fps - the .45-70 hot load is north of 405gr at 1800fps or 300gr at 2350fps. How they justify a penetration of 40 for 45-70 and 70 for .44 Mag is beyond me. The 7mm Mag and 7mm PRC in copper will easily punch through an elk at 300 yards and retain approximately 98% of its weight. Note that solid copper is significantly lighter (and typically faster) than led rounds-note that that's not always a good thing. If I can find the right barrel, I'm seriously considering a Tikka T3x chambered for 7mm PRC-it's insanely accurate. (PRC rounds are designed to use longer and heavier bullets than the older cartridges-typically for the high ballistic coefficient, which results in a lot less drop at 500 yards and significant reductions in drift due to wind.) The 6.5, 7mm and .300 PRC are becoming the go-to cartridge for hunters and long-range shooters alike.
I think moradi 1894 is better than any 4-8, as it's a 3-8 and has twice the pen as most weapons. It's only drawback is needing to be sub 150meters. Most maps aren't open enough for over 200m anyways, unless you're doing a water zone grind, the moradi just out performs everything.
I’ve been waiting for this one, Lady! My favourite and most used gun by far is the Rhino! I absolutely love that hand cannon. Edit: I also adore the Moradi.
I've commented on this video before but decided to re-comment as my main weapons have changed a lot since then, as i've actually taken the time to stop and read some of the game mechanics instead of ignoring them and going on a hike with a firearm Before my mains were the Malmer 7mm Magnum or Arzyna .300 Mag Tactical, Nordin 20SA or Strandberg 10SA Executive and the 10mm Davani or Mangiafico 410/45 Colt while using the Sundberg 454 for self-defense (because i didn't have the Rhino 454 available yet) But after learning and reading about the harvest check and ethical kills as well as noticing how you gain more money from them, my mains have changed to the Vasquez Cyclone .45 for class 2-4, Grelck Drilling Rifle for class 5-9 in rifle mode and class 1 in shotgun mode, and once again the Sundberg 454 for self-defense. Allowing me to have something for every class and making sure i only need to carry 3 guns instead of 4, reducing my weight and giving my lots of available slots for the radial wheel for my binoculars, scent eliminator, lures, and blinds (when i need them)
I'm 20 but prefer ww2 and other classics as my style: 7MM Empress, F.L. Sporter, Hudzik .50, M1 Iwaniec, Solokhin MN1890 and Whitlock-86. +Curman .50(I like muzzleloaders but the 7mm Empress and M1 Iwaniec are my favorites!)
Hey LadyL, best guns! 308 and 300 are musts. I wish they would ad more scopes and suppressor to the game. Question, does the carcass size at bear zone have anything to do with trophy level or is it just graphics?
I try used the 300 rifle on mosse it doesn't down mosse with Head shot or lungs shoot not enough Power in the best bullets you can buy the all out best rifle I used us only the .338 dlc rifle it has best stop power in all the rifle I used all the I got in dlc I just. Wish their came out with scope that is just able right and left up and down ajmint on the all scope
Taking advantage of the steam sale I decided to get the master bundle. So far I have really loved the drilling gun. I keep it to replace 2 weapons, birdshot for class 1 and the rifled barrel for class 9.
Definitely the Moradi! It's so good and the piercing rate is phenomenal! The 150m max zeroing doesn't botter me because that's usually the distance I am from the target, or less!
I seriously would like to the 50 cal rifle with a justable scope with right and top just able your zeroing it better I just wish their was more pick in scope in the hurter call of the wild I just hate when animal you shoot just vanishing off the map it happens to me two time just hate when shoot animal and then just not their when you killed them
Best guns! I am enjoying your content, thank you for the great info. I'm fairly new, to the game, so I'm soaking it up. Right now, my favorite rifle is the 7mm, but I but the Master DLC pack (half price right now) and plan on trying the .308 when I get home. I have a custom .308 that I built irl that is left-hand eject (I'm a lefty). I also built a matching .223/5.56 that is left-eject. I enjoyed watching the ease at which you were able to take follow-up shots. My current 7mm is pretty much a one-and-done. haha
im tied between the 243, 270, 30-07 eckers; i use one of whatever i need at that time. than the stenberg recurve, the morandi 198. im using the 357 revolver until i get the panther. i want the 12 guage pump but the free over under shottie still good
That was an awesome video Lady! I think we both feel the same about most everything but I was a little surprised you didn't favor the 303 over the 308. It just seems that way when I watch you shoot I guess. Loved it when you invited the deer over for a nap! 😂😂😂
Hey im new the the game and hunting in general. I was wondering how do u find out what guns are classed at from 1-9. Like is it in game somewhere or do i have to search up the classes for the guns?
Compound bows have been my go to since I started playing but an honorable mention has to be the single shot .243 pistol. You can use any of the standard rifle scopes and it only weighs 1kg so it fits into any loadout for smaller game like coyote, fox, and potentially deer if you absolutely need to make that shot
Another pro for the Malmer is that it’s much lighter than say the Tsurugi .338. That combined with its versatility and magazine fed bolt action make it very useful in many situations and loadouts. I usually bring it instead of the Tsurugi (don’t have the .300 yet).
You’re the best at explaining this game in detail.

My top 5 favourite rifles: 5 zarza 15 223. 4 hudzik. 50 caplock. 3 martensson 6.5mm. 2 curman. 50 inline. 1 solokhin mn1890/mosin.
My fav has to be zarza 308, 7mm, 338 or maybe even the m1 when i get the dlc
Best loadout, I’ve gotten a lot of people to go with my loadout. 22 hornet, kills 1-2, 6 shots, maradi lever action, kills 3-8, good for that closer range shot, and for the longer range, 7mm 3 shot rifle, 4-9. By far, the maradi is the best one to use with insane penetration.
I want to get my first diamond in Hunter Call of the Wild😅 you are my favorite UA-camr❤❤
Thank you so much! 😍😍😍
303 is my favorite
I use the 303 all the time, it's definitely my favorite
I'm only level 16 so I'm wondering how to get the .300 winmag? Also most used is in the modern pack .308
Yukon valley. It’s explained in the video
Malmer 7mm without a doubt.... Killer
Mine is the Nordin 20SA Serviceman 20 gauge
BEST GUNS ! Thanks for the opportunity to win. Also love your videos. Starting my whitetail grind.
Thank you so much! 😍
What about the the savanna weapon? King 470DB, is it good for big ones?
It's not a practical weapon. You have to be super close - only good as a defensive weapon. Terrible scope
Thank you for this prodigious information! I also love how gregarious you are in you videos!
Thank you!!! 😍😍😍
Loved the stream yesterday I’m sorry if I bugged
Amazing video as always Lady! I love using the 300 canning magnum, it's great for moose and bear. Best guns!
Thank you!
I can always count on you for these types of things
Thanks! Gonna do Top 10 DLC weapons soon!
Sometimes! That’s awesome!
Just curious how come you didn’t shoot the level three whitetail
I left him for when I grind live
Hey lady one question. I’m starting my red deer grind on te Awaroa but I blew out a few zones at some lakes. What should my first step be ?
Find all of your drink zones
I primarily like hunting medium to large game. So my go to loadout consists of the Zarza 308. And the Arzyna 300 for big game 7-9. I find it more accurate and less recoil than the Canning 300. And it has 5 shots instead of 4. But the last little while, for carrying capacity sake, and for wider range prey. I switched up the 308 with the Ranger 243. This is for when I just want to bag almost everything I can find. Lol
Lady I think I have a good load out!! 1 7 mill dlc version 2 308moonlight also dlc 3 Zara 22
If I’m having weight issues I will use the .22 defender and the .245 pistol.
For wolves I love the 10 mm. I can track circling wolves much quicker with it than with the rhino
My favorites are the 300. and the zarza 308. Love the channel
Me too!!! Thanks!

Interesting!
My favorite 4-8 is the 308 bolt action and my favorite rifle in the game is the 30 30 lever action
I'm loving the 270 right now
My all time favourite gun is the.30-06
Love the sound!
Same both in the game and in real life as it is what I shot my first deer with
I have a question about this gun. It lists that it has class 4 ammo, but when I shoot deer it doesn’t give me a full score. Can someone explain why?
I mostly use bows, but my go to rifle is the Martensson 6.5mm
I’ve been waiting for this one, Lady! My favourite and most used gun by far is the Rhino! I absolutely love that hand cannon.
Edit: I also adore the Moradi.
Both are awesome!!!
Hey lady what skill point skills do you recommend in general?
You can see them here ua-cam.com/video/e02ZGoLLGhU/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
I've commented on this video before but decided to re-comment as my main weapons have changed a lot since then, as i've actually taken the time to stop and read some of the game mechanics instead of ignoring them and going on a hike with a firearm
Before my mains were the Malmer 7mm Magnum or Arzyna .300 Mag Tactical, Nordin 20SA or Strandberg 10SA Executive and the 10mm Davani or Mangiafico 410/45 Colt while using the Sundberg 454 for self-defense (because i didn't have the Rhino 454 available yet)
But after learning and reading about the harvest check and ethical kills as well as noticing how you gain more money from them, my mains have changed to the Vasquez Cyclone .45 for class 2-4, Grelck Drilling Rifle for class 5-9 in rifle mode and class 1 in shotgun mode, and once again the Sundberg 454 for self-defense. Allowing me to have something for every class and making sure i only need to carry 3 guns instead of 4, reducing my weight and giving my lots of available slots for the radial wheel for my binoculars, scent eliminator, lures, and blinds (when i need them)
That's awesome!
I'm 20 but prefer ww2 and other classics as my style:
7MM Empress, F.L.
It's just graphics
I try used the 300 rifle on mosse it doesn't down mosse with Head shot or lungs shoot not enough Power in the best bullets you can buy the all out best rifle I used us only the .338 dlc rifle it has best stop power in all the rifle I used all the I got in dlc I just. Wish their came out with scope that is just able right and left up and down ajmint on the all scope
I got my first albino and it was a fox,I'm so happy
Taking advantage of the steam sale I decided to get the master bundle. So far I have really loved the drilling gun. I keep it to replace 2 weapons, birdshot for class 1 and the rifled barrel for class 9.
I'm constantly carrying the 300 and the 454 for small game. Diamond happiness!
Definitely the Moradi! It's so good and the piercing rate is phenomenal! The 150m max zeroing doesn't botter me because that's usually the distance I am from the target, or less!
Wtf is that
I seriously would like to the 50 cal rifle with a justable scope with right and top just able your zeroing it better I just wish their was more pick in scope in the hurter call of the wild I just hate when animal you shoot just vanishing off the map it happens to me two time just hate when shoot animal and then just not their when you killed them
Best guns !
I want a membership so badly 😊
The Malmer 7mm is my favorite; though I usually carry the Kullman 22H and Davani 10mm. Or the Moradi, Kullman, and .45-70 pistol.
My current 7mm is pretty much a one-and-done. haha
Thank you so much! There's a 3 shot 7mm bolt action in the Hunter Power Pack which is probably on sale right now! Then you'd have a follow up!
im tied between the 243, 270, 30-07 eckers; i use one of whatever i need at that time. than the stenberg recurve, the morandi 198. im using the 357 revolver until i get the panther. i want the 12 guage pump but the free over under shottie still good
That was an awesome video Lady! I think we both feel the same about most everything but I was a little surprised you didn't favor the 303 over the 308. It just seems that way when I watch you shoot I guess. Loved it when you invited the deer over for a nap! 😂😂😂
I prefer the 308 over the 303 but I do also love the 303. Thanks so much!!!
update, 300 for hunting along with the 45 70 handgun. Protection is the 470 Apex double barrel rifle . Awesome gun.
Me personally i love the 7mm magnum because it goes from classes 4-9 and i also use the ranger 243.
Hey im new the the game and hunting in general. I was wondering how do u find out what guns are classed at from 1-9. Like is it in game somewhere or do i have to search up the classes for the guns?
Hello I just have to best rifle in hurter the call the wild is the dlc .338 rifle and the dlc 7mm Ihave the 300 rifle
I had the 243 pistol on the list last time but I bumped it for the Moradi
My most used is the 30-06 bolt action. I don't remember the name
Thank you, you got my albino lion today
Congrats!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Another pro for the Malmer is that it’s much lighter than say the Tsurugi .338. That combined with its versatility and magazine fed bolt action make it very useful in many situations and loadouts. I usually bring it instead of the Tsurugi (don’t have the .300 yet).
Omg you had 78k subs when I subbed and now you have well over 100k great job
Hello! I do wonder what's the best place to go find aggressive animals to blast with a hand gun to level up the skill? ty
I have always been partial to the .270 and the Mosin
I think the Cuomo .243 pistol is the better option over the ranger and I pretty much always have it on any given loadout.
How do I get rich fast on hunter call of the wild?
Shoot crocs
