Greyhound Bus Riders Stranded For Hours At Port Authority

- Greyhound offered few answers and little explanation for the long delays for passengers Sunday and Monday. CBS2's Scott Rapoport reports from Port Authority Bus Terminal.
The buses are fine, it’s the company that’s screwed up big time for years.
After living in New York City for 2 years I'd rather be stranded in New York City instead of another east coast or mid west city. You go outside of the Port Authority there's more to do around there than any other city around the Greyhound Terminals. I mean you have a Wal Greens & other convenience stores in the Port Authority & go outside you have food carts & Bodegas within a half a block & its populated & to me is the safest area outside of a Greyhound Terminal in America but that still doesn't excuse Greyhound's poor customer service & lack of drivers Greyhound is run cheaply they don't like spending money but like taking customer's for a loop.

This is exactly what I dealt with leaving Georgia .
Stuck in South Carolina for several hours., actually Sitting On the bus, waiting for a driver.
Never use Greyhound.
They have lousy customer service, lousy service.
They treat you like Shit.
If you Really need to get somewhere..use another Coach provider.
There are plenty out there,and they will make sure you are taken care of.
Stay away from Greyhound Lines.
This is why I always fly or take Amtrak

Need another intercity bus line, like Trailway too compete. Greyhound simply can't handle it!!!!

This is a Dam shame!! I haven't been on greyhound bus over 20 years and I will Never be on one. I prefer to just drive. I don't have patients for all this craziness.
I can recommend you to go take Amtrak
I hate this one day I was waiting at port authority to go to Atlantic City and the damn bus kept getting delayed and was like a hour delayed. Greyhound is known to never have drivers and that’s why basically every bus is delayed smh 😤😒
And they are still to this day having the same issue with the drivers !!!
the chinabus and mega bus is better than greyhound don’t know why people still take greyhound

Dirty Dog at it's best. The day when Tesla perfect self driving vehicles, they can fire all the drivers and this won't happen.

If you ask for a refund,they'll give you a hard time t keep your money.
