The needle and seat are not shutting off the flow of fuel as they should. Check and see if there is some dirt around the seat that is preventing a good seal. Make sure the float is pushing the needle into the seat properly. Clean and polish the needle and seat. Or add a fuel shut off (like I did in the video)
