Yes. Also worth pointing out that TTS , tabletop simulator, on Steam has many very useable deck-builders. Inc. My favourite iteration: Mage Knight. I've grown to prefer it to the tangible game.
I loved the part of the video where you and Morgoth went around shopping malls, discussing esoteric philosophy and the top 10 biggest red flags in relationships. Truly life altering content
I'll shout out Roguebook as a slept on one not a lot of people seem to rate. One of my favourites and the exploration mechanic adds a nice twist. The Fugaro DLC is essential though as it is a bit lacking in variety with only the 4 base characters. Ring of Pain is another I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm loving some of the non card based games where you collect other things like Luck Be a Landlord, Spin Hero and Dungeon Clawler too. Looking forward to listening later!
Did either of you play the DLC? I was a beta tester for Monster Train and absolutely loved it to the point of burn out and never tried the DLC so wondering if worth a revisit?
I love the part of the video where you teach all the youth how to perform 360 no scopes on noobs in the newest call of duty. My life is forever changed. Truly an inspiring video.
This is my favourite horse riding / equestrian video. I play it in the background when i study my book on ‘the ways of the horse’ and go to sleep to it frequently. Very relaxing
Have you tried Path of Achra? Played it last week and got addicted to it. Minimalist graphics but more than makes up for the amount of builds you can make.
I am besides my self that the last 10 minutes of the video are dedicated you teaching us how to cook delicious and affordable meals for the entire family on a low budget. While also discussing topical events such as the New York ‘Major event’.
I don’t comment often. But I had to just to say thank you for this inspiring video on overcoming alcohol abuse by relating it to the metaphysics of mario kart.
Inscription is so good. Such a unique game that still has the very good rouge like mode to play. Probably one of the most simple card games, but imo that is part of what makes it great.
Been replaying Inscryption recently, trust me, with no spoilers, the ending sequence is the best part of the game, the basic idea behind it has been done before (even by Mullins himself), but I've never seen it done quite so well.
I never thought I’d say this, but my new favourite musician is without a doubt Academic Agent. Or ‘Mr Velvet glove’ as he is affectionately named. Truly these songs were a love altering experience which i would play all day and night at a hypothetical hard rock cafe business in Oregon.
UO ran its course anyway, the cast had outgrown the show. With the incoming Trump admin the show would’ve just been AA railing against the copers for 4 years. Personally I would’ve liked that but I believe I’m in the minority on that.
The new format is much better. Most of us have time for the occasional 15 to 30 minute video, No way most of us can keep up with three hour podcasts every day.
Gamer communities have always had a higher than average share of social outcasts and fringe elements. Certain types are just more in vogue these days, methinks. Not a shift in the dynamic I care for - despite being fruity myself - as it seems most are mentally ill. But I guess that's always described a disproportionate fraction of gamers.
@@goldengriffonI guess. Back in my day (20 odd years ago) most of the gamers were just overweight, sarcastic spicy lads. The arrival of normies changed things, and i didn't want to associate with them anymore. I guess I was not the only one. Mind you, there seems to be a very, very high number of blokes in dresses in the 40k "community ".
The parallels between HRT hitting the nerds today and crack hitting the black community in the 80's were not lost on me. Arguably the perpetrators didn't change either!
Thank you for this long travel vlog which teaches me the do’s and don’t of traveling around the frigid landscapes of rural Iceland. I never expected to hear political commentary from such a wonderful Welsh-Iranian gentleman in the beautiful outdoors of the nordics
Do all 10 of these games have a 'save & quit' feature? I know slay the spire has that. (automatically & you can just quit whenever and you Can start from the beginning of the last node you've moved to); But I haven't played any of the other 9
For the future, according to various sources the following countries are COLLAPSING: Germany (which you already covered with a guest), France, Saudi Arabia, Canada & Brazil
I'm a little disappointed. Your title is... Well you didn't lie but it can be misleading. I thought this was going to be a list of new games that came out in 2024. (I'd love it if you did a video on just new stuff) Still a good video, just my expectations were different; when the classics came up i figured it out 😂
It's really strange when he isn't in a bad mood and hating on various groups
Shoutouts to Slay the Spire for kind of just showing up one day and casually inventing my favorite genre
Technically deck builders were invented by the physical card game Dominion in 2008, but Slay the Spire really revolutionized the PvE element to it.

Ring of Pain was a sleep hit for me.
Rogue Book was ok but not super.
List in the notes would be cool my memory isht great
Monster Train is really good, too bad they didn't call it something cooler like Infernal Engine.
Was actually a modded on monster train. As a game, I wish it was more popular so that I could’ve felt motivated to continue.

I find it wonderful that you dedicated the middle of the video to teaching members of the youth right advanced tips in dentistry.

Ballionaire is an interesting twist on deck builders. Already waiting for them to add more triggers and boards. Apparently they're on the way.

My only issue with inscryption is the difficulty curve. The hardest part and best part of the game is the first part.
The stock intro that was used for the live premiere was much better than the usual ones
Inscryption looks rly cool. Ima buy that.
No joke it's in my top 10 all-time games.
I did after this video. PS5 version

Solid video AA, I enjoyed it.
Haven't checked in on this channel in a while. Expected this to be a joke video. Very disappointed it isn't.
There was a week off politics for Christmas. What do you have against this genre?
My first exposure to the genre was a mobile game called "rogue adventure", I liked it but not sure how it stacks up to other games in the genre
This is what Unpopular Opinions died for???

It's mad how many of us are former or current gamers. The mainstream "community " for MTG or 40k is absolutely packed with fruitcakes 😢
