Hello, I'm trying to understand why you turned off low latency mode off in the Nvidia control panel, and then in the game settings you have Nvidia Reflex on? The Nvidia control panel activates low latency mode for games that don't have Reflex support and Reflex is just the game implementation of low latency mode. If you want OW2 to handle the low latency (Reflex) and have it not affect your other games I suggest turning Low Latency mode off in the Program settings Tab for Overwatch 2 (overwatch launcher.exe) and not in Global settings which affects all games even ones where you would want Nvidia to attempt Low Latency mode because the game doesn't have it's own implementation of it.

Hopefully these settings make a difference and its just input lag, but constantly I'll be kiriko and throw a suzu, see myself or others light up as if they got it, then they die to an ability anyways. Or I'll hit teleport, hear the audio cue as if I did teleport, but again die anyways. It feels like what's going on client side has no relation to what's going on server side, what's the point of audio cue's for abilities if they don't actually mean your ability landed.
