Heritage Month | Role played by African spirituality on mental well-being, extension of SAs heritage

South Africa has been famously referred to as the rainbow nation because it is made up of so many diverse cultures and religions and they all contribute to forming a part of the country's heritage, identity and culture.
Heritage is broken up into two types: natural and cultural, with natural heritage being its environment and natural resources and cultural heritage being the sense of identity of a particular population or community of people.
September is heritage month, and this morning the focus is on spirituality and African spirituality as an extension of our heritage.
