Hey Lilly. I'm not sure if you are gonna read this but I just want to tell you something. I want you to know that I care for you so much and this is just coming out of concern. I feel it would be a good decision to go to the doctor and talk about the severity of your migranes. Just to be sure that it is just migranes and not something more serious. This is just my opinion so if you feel you don't need to do it that's just fine. But coming from someone who cares about your health and life I felt it only right to write this message.
I fully understand everything with the migraines. They make me want to take a power drill to my forehead. The people who created excedrin migraine are true angels.

I wish Excedrin worked for me. Imitrex injections are my savior - 5 minutes and migraine is gone. It's the 5th med my doc prescribed and the only one that consistently works.

ss I'm sorry. Taking 400mg of magnesium a day has really helped reduce the number of migraines I have. Feverfew can help too - although that can take several months to see an effect. Look for magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate - magnesium oxide isn't absorbed well and can be really harsh on your stomach. Amazon has the best prices and helpful reviews

I remember when I got my first ever migraine... It was horrible, especially considering I didn't take anything for it. So I just waited for it to go away just laying down and in pain... It lasted for hours! I couldn't even sleep because it was just that painful, it almost felt as if a knife was slicing across my head every four seconds. 😂
for 2 clips of "thank you accentrin" I searched half hour through the vlogs coz I needed to laugh at it again and I knew I had seen it somewhere in one of the vlogs! this is the love I have for lilly!

So....
One day colleen and lilly were at a party. They were having an amazing time (avarage party stuff) and they stayed the longest. everyone ened up leaving after quite a few hours. Lilly and colleen got drunk and made out. Who knows what happened after that. But in the moring lillys "husband/boyfriend" caught them and knew what happened. So now that lilly and colleen were single colleen purposed but turns out that lilly was dating miranda the whole time.

when you have a migraine hot water and being hot can make it worse, a cold shower or bath constricts the blood vessells (or something like that) and can ease the pain. glad you feel better x
