Mobile home floor repairs are essential for maintaining the structural integrity and safety of your home. Over time, the flooring in a mobile home can become damaged due to wear and tear, water leaks, or pests. Repairing or replacing damaged flooring can help prevent further deterioration and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for you and your family.
Some benefits of mobile home floor repairs include:
    1. Safety: Damaged flooring can pose a safety hazard, especially if there are holes, soft spots, or uneven surfaces. Repairing the floor can help prevent accidents and injuries.
    2. Improved aesthetics: Repairing or replacing damaged flooring can enhance the appearance of your mobile home, making it more visually appealing and increasing its overall value.
    3. Prevention of further damage: Ignoring damaged flooring can lead to more serious issues such as rot, mold growth, and structural damage. By addressing the problem promptly, you can prevent further damage and save money on costly repairs in the long run.
    4. Enhanced comfort: A solid, well-maintained floor can provide better insulation and a more comfortable living environment. Repairing the floor can help reduce drafts, improve indoor air quality, and increase overall comfort levels in your mobile home.

You guys have been an inspiration for me on our project mobile home. Finished replacing all the subfloor with 23/32 osb today. Learned a lot watching you and Paul. Glad to not have sawdust chips in my shoes moving forward. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and insight into this. Much harder than working on a house imo

I watched another channel about working on mobile home floors to see how other people do it. Seems to me that you have the best method. The other man's procedure was more complicated, I think probably more expensive and looked to me to not as good in the long run for the customer. To each his own, I guess. You definitely have it down to a science.

Mr Drew does a single or double wide have any bearing walls

In a double wide, the center wall is the bearing wall all the other walls. Don’t mean anything in a single wide for the most part I would say no.

WHY are some of the insulation bats face up with the craft paper side down and others are craft paper face up? In same floor.
