I don’t really think that there is a handpan that is under 100$ as they are a very expensive metal using instrument (excuse my English it isn’t my first language)
This is an instrument that uses a lot of craft(wo)manship. For $100 you will not find a good instrument. But maybe you find one to hire for that amount!
