I have long hair too and my coils come out great! Kind of like her and ppl would always be asking how I got it that way some even ask if I'm wearing a wig. I love this finger coil method except that it takes too long sometimes

@pandia Thank you. My curls are on the looser side because of its length. I have bangs that are about down were my waist is and they are much tighter than the rest of my hair. But Thank you I will make sure to find a video that will help. I have 3b curls, but in the back of my head a few curls look 3c. But my hair is mostly 3b.

Those curls are a dream! I love the results of finger coiling but it takes so long that it's been a while since I did one (gave up during summer, since it takes soo long for me and I can't with the heat lol). I think I like your usual wash and go even more because of curl shape, but both results are amazing :)

When I do finger coils my roots shrink so bad and because a Hassel to detangle on wash day so I started braiding my roots about two inches down putting a hair tie where the braid stops and doing finger coils on the rest of the hair, this gives my hair so much definition and makes it easier to fluff the roots! I'm definitely going to try these products next time! Much love ♥️♥️♥️

I rarely take the time to separate my curls on day one when I finger coil. I usually allow my hair to be small and then I separate curls over the next days.
