Arlington Hts is a dope suburb to live in. Graduated from Hersey in the early 00s. The only downside is that public transport in the suburbs themselves is so fn bad dude.
@@user-hw3mn3cd8o Considering that I still have family in that area so I'm there often I would say my position is still valid. That whole block of burbs: Wheeling, BG, AH, Prospect/Mt Prospect etc are pretty much the same as when I was living there. There's more Black people now than when I was a kid but that's a plus in my book. It sucked growing up as one of the only Black kids in my school.
Thank you for this video! Will be staying at arlington heights this weekend, what are the rush hours and what’s the best way to travel downtown for a tourist? 😅
Fun fact:A former Chuck E. Cheese In Arlington park Illinois is going to be turned into a golf place but as far as I know it’s just abandoned and sitting there left to rot
Hello! Due to Fair Housing Laws I can’t area is “safe” since everyone’s comfort level is different! But Niche.com is a good place to check out and answer your question www.niche.com Also feel free to shoot me an email if you have more questions Kerwin.alvero@cbrealty.com
@@Flower9433 I apologize, for the same reason due to Fair Housing, I can't say what are "good schools" since everyone has a different perspective of what "good" is. @@Flower9433 Idk if this question is still relevant for you but if you're still looking to make the move I would suggest Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Mt Prospect, and some parts of Barrington. These are all relatively safe suburbs and have fairly affordable housing in their respective working class areas. They're also all close to the highways so if you want to go to the city it's pretty easy (if you can tolerate rush hour -- which is way worse here than it is in Tampa/Tampa Bay area).
So much traffic and so congested. Super liberal area and everyone is so rude. Wanna see a nice place to live google westhaven, Franklin Tennessee. It’s gorgeous there and everyone is so friendly.

I live in Arlington heights it’s an amazing place
The best part is Lake Arlington our school does a Santa run every year! :D
That’s awesome!! I absolutely love going to the downtown area and see the holiday festivities! All the lights make walking downtown so calming ✨
Thank you!,
Of course!
I live here in Arlington Hts. and it is a beautiful city to live. I went to John Hersey High School in the early 1990's.
I had friends that went there and said they enjoyed the school!
Did you go to school with anyone by the last name of Knoll?

I had no clue! That's interesting, I would hope they would add something vs. leaving the place empty.
I sooo want to get into real estate, but I'm not sure where to start.
Hi Sarah! Feel free to reach out to me! I would happy to chat.
What is a safe suburb for medium income households making 70 to hundred thousand a year?
