Great video, nice to see two guys collaborating and helping each other out. The van is looking great, and must be good to get working clocks again. Glad the front install didn't do much more damage, typical they'd make the plugs identical both ends!!! Great work @rmsdiagnostics.
Great video Nathan, story of my life, all that retro stuff, literally came out of school and fixing VCR’s and microwaves, ‘surgeon of solder’ , fast forward a few years and spent the last 23 years working with kaizen for Toyota m. literally gives you a whole new look at things and always looking to simplify and make better. Home positions for everything, shadowfoam toolboxes to spot when a tool is missing
Hey bud thank you 👍 that’s is awesome about kaizen I’ve screen shotted your comment and sent it to bob. I’m new to it but I fully understand it and am making changes into my life since seeing it. Thanks for the comment 👍
Had of them wildcats with the electronics on the handlebars in the early 90s still remember flying down a hill straight into a nettle bush must have been about 6 😂
Thank you for the video Nathan - great content as always. As the old saying goes a friend in need as a friend indeed. Full credit to you and Bob in helping each other out.
Great job Nath. That's the way it should be IMHO. You scratch my back and I'l scratch yours. Using both skills to help each other.. and really interesting UA-cam content🤟
Got the fuel gauge issue in my Caddy. Tried to be clever when welding the back seats in…didn’t drop the tank. I think you can guess what happened Nath 😂. Anyway got a new fuel pump, new “second hand” tank and a pre wired connector. Spliced it in as per the wiring diagram off of Erwin. My fuel pump runs but no fuel gauge. Did an output test with VCDS and the needle seeps so it must be wired in wrong. 🤦🏻

£13900 in the 70s was enough to buy 3.5 average houses
£13.000 would be £185,000 today
Jesus Christ!
Hi Neil how is this calculated please? Very interesting always wandered. Cheers
Even worse, average house price was £4300 back then
