It’s by far the worst problem we face, we are leaving in 9 days for our 4th diy moose hunt, we are in a 4 brow time area and probably have let a couple big bulls walk because we have never yet saw a bull with 4 brows, there have been several big bulls taken in our area and only one had 4 brows. Frustrating but a sub legal bull could be very expensive!!
