'Less people pleasing' this. I'm working on this. Congrats for doing something that feels good for you. I've been clean and sober for 16 years but I had to hit a horrible rock bottom to do it. Good for you for doing things outside of your comfort zone that's exactly how we grow and become better. I love your energy and that you're working with intentions! Not purposely it just kinda happened that way. But I’m ready to develop, get a solid year under my belt and see where the good Lord takes me. Much blessings to you and your journey ✨🌼
when you say "laters" at the end reminds me of how me and my best friend use to say it back in the day. we were huge "snatch" fans and they would say it in the movie. I knew it was a british way of saying later. anyways... a break is good. glad you took your break. imposter syndrome is real! cheers to 2023!

Happy new year, I think my intention has to be pretty vague, more outside, more good food, more movement. I definitely need to start doing some of that deeper work you’ve talked about because that’s always there in the background.
My biggest snd most important intention (in general, I do not care about stuff like date changings) is to take care more about myself.. physically and emotionally.. as I do not do it as much as I should..

Scripted videos can be just as much of a drag to watch as overly rambly ones. Maybe just an outline or rough sketch first to give it some structure, then ramble/edit. Your videos are great so I'd say keep on keepin' on.
