I've been making a Doom Slayer costume. But it's the Eternal Doom Slayer. Problem is, I'm not ripped.
Better start working on it
Make the muscles part of the suit so it looks like you ripped when you are not

@@guitarkid9623 Mount the armor to a mannequin and then mount the mannequin to a large Roomba.
Bonus points if you have Alexa play Rip and Tear at max volume as this thing comes rolling after whoever just broke into your house.

This looks awesome, I always wanted to try cosplaying but I just lack the time, the tools, and the motivation to make anything.
If you can make time for it, you can actually improvise a lot of it. I'd recommend starting with foam or pepakura for a first cosplay it's cheap and you don't need many tools to get going

If you made the praetor suit from DOOM: eternal I’d be most likely love it so much I’d faint
Or you could modify you’re original suit to have attachment points for the grenade launcher and DOOM blade

I've been using this as a tutorial. However I'm using a much more stronger material. You have excellent tallent.

i was going to be the doom slayer for Halloween but then i figured out this is complicated and expensive and im just some dumb 15 year old but like cool praetor suit
If you're committed enough I believe you do it. I'd recommend using all foam as it's less expensive then 3d printing and sure, It's challenging asf but it's definitely worth it in the end.

Turned out amazing ive been wanting to be the doom slayer for awhile now but im only 14 so we wont buy a 3d printer and im not good with art or anything so i either have to ask someone to make it for me or just get the whole costume out of pure luck sadly but hey this will inspire me one day when im older
You don't need to be good or have a 3d printer to start your own Doom Slayer costume. Half my suit is actually Eva foam. It takes a lot of effort but if you're resourceful and persistent I believe you can pull it off as well ☺️

At the time I used a Prusa i3 Mk3, but I'd recommend getting getting a Cr-10 or Artillery x1 as they are a lot cheaper and bigger

I'd love to make one at some point. I know the struggle of making this costume more than anyone and could probably save future builders from the same mistakes
@@harrydrakee thanks! Making a tutorial implies a lot of effort too, but just this video, it gives me inspiration to try to create a cosplay like this, it's one of my favorite games ever too. I'm learning 3D now, I'm going to add the model parts of the suit to my 3D model exercises :)

How did you get everything so smooth? I'm stuck on the sanding part for the helmet myself.
Is the helmet a 3d print?
@@harrydrakee it is. It came out with the back having struts and squared off sections rather than being rounded

It looks dope, but you might want to beef up the bicep guards a little and maybe wear a jacket underneath, instead of the classy halo-boi rash guard.
