Mark, It's like we are vibing! I have a Travel Company and getting ready for 2025. One of the inserts I am working on is a fitness tracker. I have lost over 60 lbs so far and feel like I have hit a wall. I hope that keep a tracker will keep me motivated. All the best in your new journey. You got this man! 💪✍
@@haircrazy79 thanks! And congrats on your loss so far! That’s amazing. I was so pumped to overcome my wall the week after this video. Consistent 1lb loss since
Thanks again - I’ve just set up my workout journal and backdated the week that was. I’m using my little freebie Hobonichi notebook and I can just squeeze in 2 weeks. I’ve got reflections page on left hand side and then the two week summary on right hand side. It is motivating me to keep going!
That is such a great idea! I've been trying to add workout pages in my regular bujo and it was not working well so after a time I gave up. This seems to be a much better way to do it! Good luck with your excercise/weight loss goals! 💪
Nice set up. I use a Hobonichi weeks that fits in a Hobonichi wallet. I record crossfit workouts, what I eat (but not calories), IF, sleep and deep sleep. I don't sleep much and through recording have noticed that sleep has a big influence over my weight loss. Menopause 🙄
Brilliant; simple layout which I’d be more likely to use! Thanks I’ve just started back working out and I love to track things, I really like the idea of a notes page to accompany and celebrating wins!! Yesss!!
I really like the journal/ TN you’re using for this. It makes sense for a fitness journal. I often forget that not everything needs to be in one Bujo. On an unrelated side note are you going to be reviewing any of the Archer and Olive Halloween stuff? I enjoy watching you go through their stuff.
New to the Bullet Journal. I love this idea as I have tracking in several different places ~ Weight and a separate eating log in IPhone Notes. Fitness App tracking and calendared walking and swimming. Is there any reason you decided to make a separate journal versus having it in your Bullet Journal ~ either in a separate section or with Weekly Log? Think it would be super helpful to have everything in one place.
Shit... big motivation for me. I have some notebooks laying around and I was wondering what I want to do with them. Also Im becoming a father in january and i dont want my kid to have a fat dad..
@@markyourpages Thank you! Kettlebells, Pilates, long walks. It’s the small things that add up. You only need to find a starting point. 2 weeks ago I randomly decided to go on a 5 mile walk with my dog and this alone made me really proud.

I haven't the clue why, but when you said "stamp shammy" I got angry 😂 Nice setup, Mark! With love from the Shammy Hater 😝
hhahaah, with all the stamp shammy flavors, you choose to be salty

I have a ton of journals to use so it made sense to just use it here - and also we are coming up on the end of the year, so I’d have to migrate it.
Hi me again I get so excited when influencers reply 😊 did you post the "weight" magnet stamps I love the idea of them clicking together
The one I used on first pages are from Cute Thing From Japan, Eric Small Things "Life Outlined"
nice video! keep it up
Thanks, will do!

Finding the right program has been a big move forward for me. Kettlebells for the busy parents, or soon to be! Congrats of the new one to come.
