Trust me, it's better to to "Outrage" at Twitter and spamming them saying how they support QTV, supporting Abuser. Just spam that UA-cam is now supporting Anti-LGBTQ+ by supporting QTV. Just keep spamming it. Twitter is the best way to gaslight them into action. It's the easiest way to do things. YT in of itself is a failure. So it's better to spam them with that, to the point they'll do something. It's like getting them enough Negative Attention, that some Articles might jump on the bandwagon to do a hit on YT.

If you look at UA-cam's response to The Act Man they essentially state they wouldn't ban QTV due to the fact he's been deleting all the evidence (even though we sent them all the evidence and the wayback machine shows the proof) and that could have been a way to get his old channel reinstated. Although I'm willing to bet he changed the channel URL of "Next Gen Gamers" to match his banned account

UA-cam sides with him? I'm so shocked. The top thing on my recommended is a fake Johnny Depp channel with 10k watchers scamming people with crypto. UA-cam recommends it. Then shadowbans normal channels like mine. It's not getting better anytime soon. Quantum TV is a joke and deleted my normal comment with constructive criticism.

He obviously says something different in the background but the dub is so loud you can't understand much. QuantumTV uses comment guildlines to silence criticism and counter arguments in his videos comment section.

What a fucking joke. Man abuses copyright. Says the victims of copyright abuse and those who support victims of copyright abuse are wrong about copyright abuse. And to top it off. Brings in ActMan's mother into the drama. Real "civil and respectful" of QuantumTV.
You should look up what Lowtiergod has done to Joon the king if you think quantum contacting his actmans mom was messed up. This dude doxxed someone in front og their entire audience and sends letters to their neighbors as threats.
TBH I think the contacting the mom thing isn't youtube's business and they do not want to be involved in this. Like Papa Muthar says, a court of law needs to be involved for resolution in this, after which then they will take action.
Kinda like when two people fought at a restaurant, and say how the owner won't ban either of the people involved unless they have to do so because one of them got legally persecuted and thus "It'd be bad for business" to have this attacker there.

It's also odd how every video on Quantum TV's channel is a fundraiser now.🤔
It's unbelievable and alarming that they just ignored everything and swept everything under the rug without even looking at every single evidence that Act Man showed and/or having the common sense to see and realize that they have somebody on their platform that has violated their rules for a while and should be removed immediately. UA-cam not only has failed him (Act Man obviously), but also all of us in this platform, to people that are longtime creators, people that just started out, and heck even people that plan to have a career on the platform but probably aren't even aware of the situation, and don't yet understand about how the whole system works and all that.
It's infuriating. This pretty much shows where UA-cam's priorities lie, and also shows the incompetency, the ignorance they have of not following and enforcing their own rules and not even punish those that break 'em, and unwillingness to solve major situations that can really affect not only creators themselves, but also the platform as a whole.
Something needs to be done.
I am convinced that Quantum TV is paying these UA-cam mods behind the scenes. He is their Alinity.

It all leads to try to impose Digital ID for the commoners while corporations will never have to deal with it. It is fabricating and "lazy" let go on purpose to make you rage against the machine and see Digital lD like the solution, but it will only affect the small people, not the many Drama agents and youtube undisclosed hires to make it look like the only option forward.

I’m so glad I’m just an average Joe with a regular job rather than a content creator. If I don’t like a company, I have the option to just quit and find more rewarding work with someone else. Content creators have no choice but to stay with UA-cam because, let’s be honest, they practically have a monopoly on video streaming sites. Sounds miserable.

EXPLAINING HOW QUANTUM’S “BANNED CHANNEL” IS STILL UP:
For those of you who haven’t seen the last video from the act man, basically quantum used his old banned channel url as a custom url on an alt channel he has, thus making it appear as if that link takes you to an actual, still active, channel. If you want more proof, please watch the act man’s latest video. Yes it is long, but it has to be to give you the full picture and context.
It’s a good watch too. Had fun watching it and the Phoenix Wright skit (P.W. Might be the wrong name)
The words UA-cam and Fair Use never really go well together, even back then.

Its because he is black. Imagine how youtube looks if they take action against quantum. It would look like they are siding with white men harrassing a black man.
Let's be honest though, when was the last time UA-cam has ever done anything good for anyone? I don't know if Susan is the reason like everyone keeps saying, I personally think it's just the usual "we have money so we can do anything we want" thing that happens with every other company.

UA-cam pretty recently saved a ton of TotallyNotMark's content by personally stepping into a copyright dispute, and it's something a lot of people covered positively.
Honestly it gets me feeling that Susan could very well be a legitimately awful person in real life. Like, one of the absolute worst people in existence, except genuinely. Not haha funny meme awful, ACTUALLY GENUINELY AWFUL. I have to wonder the amount of people she managed to ruin the lives of before she took over UA-cam. Probably at least 30.

UA-cam is not going to change until people actually take the complaints to them, personally. Start having actual news outlets write about this situation and other copyright issues and once public perception of UA-cam is going down, they will act.

Quantum TV is a small channel, why would they bother to invest much time and effort for a small channel (just send it to an outsourced worker and done) ...unless any advertisors gets hurt by this, nothing will happen.

Trust me, it's better to to "Outrage" at Twitter and spamming them saying how they support QTV, supporting Abuser. Just spam that UA-cam is now supporting Anti-LGBTQ+ by supporting QTV. Just keep spamming it. Twitter is the best way to gaslight them into action. It's the easiest way to do things. YT in of itself is a failure. So it's better to spam them with that, to the point they'll do something. It's like getting them enough Negative Attention, that some Articles might jump on the bandwagon to do a hit on YT.

The thing that really keeps annoying me more and more is just how random the rules are. Certain channels, especially when it's more traditional media that decided to put some of their content onto UA-cam, seem to have a pass to do whatever they want. The insane amount of censoring many creators have to do because it may or may not get them demonetized or worse their video taken down just doesn't apply to certain channels. It feels like a weird constant state of paranoia where at anytime something that never was an issues could get you in trouble. It also really affects the content when to talk about a serious issue creators have to constantly use alternative words to describe something. I'm still not fully over the reason why they took down Max's video when there's so much worse stuff that they just refuse to remove.
and fking auto-deleting comments that say the f word or r word or "are too mean to another person" i'm sooooo fking sick of that "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANNA POST THIS!?!?!?
