However, our excitement was somewhat dampened by subpar customer service and poorly maintained equipment, which left us feeling a bit let down. It's a real pity, as the location itself is stunning and has so much potential. With the right management, this place could shine as brightly as its more polished counterpart, Nam Kat Yorla Pa.
