Ortega Burn Area

Once Ortega Highway was opened, we drove up from Grand Ave. in Lake Elsinore to see what was left of El Cariso Village. This was shot with a Kandao Qoocam3 Ultra, a 360° camera. You can pan around while the video plays or pause the video to pan around. While most of El Cariso survived, several did not. You can see the hulks of cars and burned foundations of homes. Most of the area is now barren at the west end of El Cariso. You can see homes that were saved but are now surrounded by dirt and scars.
