    Ingredients:
    Fried Soya Chunks:
    1 cup soya chunks
    1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
    Salt, to taste
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    Oil, for frying
    Fried Potato:
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 medium potatoes (cut into cubes and fried)
    Curry:
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1 dry red chilli
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 cardamoms
    4 cloves
    1 large onion (finely chopped)
    1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    1 large tomato (pureed)
    1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    ½ teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    Salt, to taste
    2-3 cups water
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2-3 green chilies (slit)
    1 teaspoon ghee
    1 teaspoon kasuri methi
    ½ teaspoon garam masala
