Separation is an illusion, we are all one. You are never alone. I know it is so important to connect in this 3D world though, so I encourage you to reach out to different groups and events through Meetup, Facebook, etc., Connect to nature and animals. Put your hand over your heart and feel your subtle energy. Focus your consciousness there and realize that in the moment you have no problems, all is well. Connect to yourself again and again. To all that is. Ground your energy deep into the Earth. Create art, play music. Scream and cry when you need to to get out the pain that your are purging. Thank you so much! Not only for your video, but for the kind pin of 4 years ago. I'm trying to heal from panic attacks with awareness, changing lifelong negative thinking, therapy, and relaxing the mind to music like this. I read that 432Hz can help the amygdala heal. I still feel shaky and weak, but I have hope that I'll heal. BTW - the music on this is beautiful. I've saved it to a playlist and plan to relax today, listening to this music over headphones.

I have been interested in self-knowledge for a couple of years now, because I realized that something was wrong in my life. Not knowing how to build relationships, not realizing myself through activities, in general it seems that I do not exist. I started doing meditation, psychotherapy, regression hypnosis. After the sessions I realized my injury and now I know the reason for that energy in my chest. I understand that all this is no longer mine and I no longer need it, and I throw it out of myself.

I had to fight everyday against depression, loneliness, the memories of being sexually, physically and emotionally abused and at time I still have to fight. Please don’t give up I lost everything at the age of 62 due to an illness, no visitors in the hospital not even family. I was standing on the platform of train station and my plan was to jump when I saw the train coming, but a voice whispered in my ear what about tomorrow. I continued to struggle with depression, but I hung in there and it was hard a lot of tears and anger. I’m 66 finally on my feet, have my own apartment , a car and employment, I’m not making the kind of money I did before, but I wake up each day wondering who is struggle with hopelessness, depression and even the thought of suicide, and I ask God to use me,by sharing my story in hope that it may encourage someone and give them hope.🙏🙏

I’ve been overwhelmed with so much responsibility at work for the last few months that I stopped doing a lot of things that brought balance and peace to me. Two days ago I had a panic attack I thought I was dying or having a heart attack. Ambulance came and said it was a panic attack. I’ve had hard last two days with sense of fear. Thoughts racing and scared that I can’t go back to being normal again. I’m trying to find peace again and control my thoughts. Pray for me I’m scared and I want to overcome this horrible feeling.

I have horrible anxiety and have dealt with emotional distress my entire life. Lost my mother as a child and had many more traumatic events happen to me throughout my life. I just recently got off of my marijuana addiction and I am struggling with very bad insomnia and anxiety/depression 90 days free from my drug addiction. I am trying to heal from all of my hardships, and nobody understands what I am going through and they just brush it off as if I am overreacting. I am tired of being tired of life. I want to be happy.

My Velvet is still with me. I feed her an entire dandelion plant finely chopped into her food every two days. The swelling in her ear has reduced incredibly, but the lump inside remains. I'm hoping that will reduce also.
She also has a cancerous nipple & a big lump on one foot. Yet miraculously she shows no sign of pain or discomfort, yet. I wonder how bad the internal is.
Anyway, I continue to love her with all my heart, care for her & monitor her condition. That's all I can do atm.

Anxiety comes from unmade decisions. Reacting to life and not acting. Don't hide away. Be brave and take on life. Start with small decisions. Just making decision will make you feel empowered. Whether it's just making a decision to get up 15 minutes earlier to meditate. Take charge of you life and start making your own decision. If you don't believe me. Think about this. When was you anxiety higher than when you made a decision not to do your homework on school and you know you will be punished or even if you made a choice not to do a chore. Keep listening to this music and you'll know exactly what decision to make. Hope you all have only positive experiences ahead.

i am dealing with a loss of my hedgehog, she is my profile picture, it was her first birthday, hedgehogs should live 4-6 years, she lived 2 1/2, she was everything, its been weeks but it feels like it just happened, im still dying inside but everyone acts like nothing is wrong, my family doesnt act like anything is wrong, even my friends, it seems like hedgehogs are everywhere, it just reminds me of her. but i get through it for my friends and family, but if they knew what i was dealing with they would know why i dont talk about it, they would know why i almost start crying when i see anythingmthat looks like a hedgehog, they would know i am dying inside but i hide it, i dont tell anyone, because i dont think they care, i have been telling myself that its my fault, but it isnt

Such a kindred spirit who helped love me through so many struggles and growing pains and I never thought my heart would be capable of filling up with love again for another creature but 14mo later my mother was adamant, regardless of my resistance, and I have found love in my heart for a shorkie who I am now very bonded with. It still hurts but ultimately I could not deny another creature my love for very long and I still honor her memory.
Love is extremely healing. Everything will be alright. It takes time.
