YOu might want to look into the Channels that deal with Genetic propensities for depression and self-deprecation. I know of what you speak. Try also Channels that remove subconscious guilts and self-blame. All of these Channels exist in various forms. YOU are worth all of the LIGHT you wish on others:)

For some reason I sometimes disassociate from myself and ignore what I'm feeling, keep everything to me deep down And then when time passes and I just can't control those things I explode and burst out crying when I'm alone and for some reason I just can't stop that It eats me up from the inside and I get so stressed and tired from it This kind of helped me to feel more at ease thank you

When you struggle with a thought or a feeling don't suppress it but just acknowledge it, then imagine how you would like to feel instead of what you are feeling. Needing this right now it is perfect for the day of working through some extremely painful childhood trauma that showed up as a trigger today it was the breaking of an old cycle of trauma it broke it gave it held on for dear life but it finally happened where I didn’t give up and I have success it wasn’t a battle or fight in the form of senseless arguing it was done in a way of constructive that’s it I’m sick of this something will change and I’m making it change this has been a year of strength and learning and healing old wounds from trauma and the strength and more change come after every lesson learned after every trigger extinguished and dismantled

Im so sorry for your family's physical departure but your right they are still with you from all the good moments keep those alive even with those who haven't passed on but has been a death in relationship which is more sad somethings wrong or we grow apart. Sadly for me i didn't spend time with my loved ones when yound I was not in right mind depressed from abusive relationships&escaping through weed then&later in another duped&then abusive relationship i escaped that one through alcohol but theres no escape only a waste&further depression because of dependency which creates anxiety&a vicious cycle that doesnt treat your syptoms only eats away at you and thats a gateway to negative entities people who leach on people who don't fully take care&love themselves, im now barely doing full healing i refused to face when i was young from abuse in early childhood which messed up my development, but now with kids i have to take care of myself to fully care for them&they can learn how to fully love&take care of themselves to help take care of eachother. I've had a negative sense of self, and fulfilled self sabotaging self fulfilling prophecies all of my life. At every turn, I've destroyed every opportunity that presented itself to me, because I've never known what it's like to have a healthy attachment or be truly loved. My care givers growing up, were non-responsive, violent, angry, distant, and I've always felt I didn't matter. So as a victim, I became even more victimized, because we teach other's that it's okay to hurt or not validate me. I've always subconsiously wanted others to reject me, before I got a chance for them to know me. Although I cried inside to be heard and to be loved, I've only known what it was like to be hurt, betrayed and ignored. I'm sorry for saying this, but self-sabotage, fear, and doubt all stem from the relationships we had, with one or no basic primary care giver, that either gave us love, abuse, or nothing. In the end, it wasn't our fault, they were acting out on faulty programming from damaged scripts that was handed down to them through the generations. I CHOOSE TODAY, TO NOT BE A VICTIM NO MORE, I AM A CHILD OF A LIVING GOD, I AM DESERVING OF LOVE AND RESPECT, AND I CHOOSE WHO I HELP AND DON'T HELP. I CAN STAND UP FOR MYSELF, I CAN SAY WHAT I WILL AND WONT TOLERATE. I'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT, AND I AM STILL HERE, I AM STILL STANDING. STATISTICALLY SPEAKING, I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE, ALIVE, SOBER AND WELL. I AM STRONG AND I WILL STRIVE, NOT JUST SURVIVE. For some reason I sometimes disassociate from myself and ignore what I'm feeling, keep everything to me deep down
And then when time passes and I just can't control those things I explode and burst out crying when I'm alone and for some reason I just can't stop that

When you struggle with a thought or a feeling don't suppress it but just acknowledge it, then imagine how you would like to feel instead of what you are feeling. Needing this right now it is perfect for the day of working through some extremely painful childhood trauma that showed up as a trigger today it was the breaking of an old cycle of trauma it broke it gave it held on for dear life but it finally happened where I didn’t give up and I have success it wasn’t a battle or fight in the form of senseless arguing it was done in a way of constructive that’s it I’m sick of this something will change and I’m making it change this has been a year of strength and learning and healing old wounds from trauma and the strength and more change come after every lesson learned after every trigger extinguished and dismantled

I agree this one is amazing because it truly helps you letting go. My brother in law who I known since he was 15 died 2 years ago from suicide. He was a best friend and a brother. I recently finally realized I'm grieving his loss deep within me is a sadness a pain I cant explain. I imagined him in our lives till the end. No I'm in a state of accepting what is and letting go. Im so sorry for your family's physical departure but your right they are still with you from all the good moments keep those alive even with those who haven't passed on but has been a death in relationship which is more sad somethings wrong or we grow apart. Sadly for me i didn't spend time with my loved ones when yound I was not in right mind depressed from abusive relationships&escaping through weed then&later in another duped&then abusive relationship i escaped that one through alcohol but theres no escape only a waste&further depression because of dependency which creates anxiety&a vicious cycle that doesnt treat your syptoms only eats away at you and thats a gateway to negative entities people who leach on people who don't fully take care&love themselves, im now barely doing full healing i refused to face when i was young from abuse in early childhood which messed up my development, but now with kids i have to take care of myself to fully care for them&they can learn how to fully love&take care of themselves to help take care of eachother. I've had a negative sense of self, and fulfilled self sabotaging self fulfilling prophecies all of my life. At every turn, I've destroyed every opportunity that presented itself to me, because I've never known what it's like to have a healthy attachment or be truly loved. My care givers growing up, were non-responsive, violent, angry, distant, and I've always felt I didn't matter. So as a victim, I became even more victimized, because we teach other's that it's okay to hurt or not validate me. I've always subconsiously wanted others to reject me, before I got a chance for them to know me. Although I cried inside to be heard and to be loved, I've only known what it was like to be hurt, betrayed and ignored. I'm sorry for saying this, but self-sabotage, fear, and doubt all stem from the relationships we had, with one or no basic primary care giver, that either gave us love, abuse, or nothing. In the end, it wasn't our fault, they were acting out on faulty programming from damaged scripts that was handed down to them through the generations. I CHOOSE TODAY, TO NOT BE A VICTIM NO MORE, I AM A CHILD OF A LIVING GOD, I AM DESERVING OF LOVE AND RESPECT, AND I CHOOSE WHO I HELP AND DON'T HELP. I CAN STAND UP FOR MYSELF, I CAN SAY WHAT I WILL AND WONT TOLERATE. I'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT, AND I AM STILL HERE, I AM STILL STANDING. STATISTICALLY SPEAKING, I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE, ALIVE, SOBER AND WELL. I AM STRONG AND I WILL STRIVE, NOT JUST SURVIVE. BECAUSE OF GOD AND EVERYONE OUT THERE TRYING TO MAKE THIS WORLD A BETTER PLACE, ITS BECAUSE OF YOU I KEEP GOING, ITS BECAUSE OF YOU I KEEP TRYING. We have the authority over anything that tries to get into our heads, w/ Gods Help. Our flesh can only take so much, that’s why we call on Jesus are comforter, sustainer, peace giver, Immanuel “God with Us.” Figure out where those thoughts originate from in order to break those fortresses & walls put up. Tearing down strongholds & casting down imaginations. I fight this too, putting every thought captive under the obedience of Christ Jesus. You have help, & your not alone Johann. Stay strong, for these days are evil, the last days. We must get stronger in our faith. Do not grow weary or faint hearted in doing well. And remember your sword is the Bible. The Living Word. The truth against the enemies lies.
