There is a big difference between headphones only and having someone ring actual tuning forks close to and around/over the whole body. Probably having the surround speakers would be the closest to that experience. Wish I had a bose at least. Gotta work with what I can get though. For me, sleeping earbuds and a smart phone is as good as I can achieve. I am just listening through the phone itself’s speakers and I can fell a vibration even from it. Headphones should be better I think. First time trying this sort of video of one pure tuning fork tone by itself only. Sounds pretty cool/interesting to me so far. 🤞🏼👍🏼🖖🏼

I have impaired hearing , right ear completely deaf does this help ,
It is the actual (physical sound waves) that is needed to heal the hearing. You need to get your own tuning fork at 432. A good tuning fork ,one can feel the sound.
Actually you can feel sound but in a vibrant level perhaps for example a loud 12 inch sub playing in someones vehicle you can feel the rhythm in your chest or for earphones I can almost feel the vibration but not hear the sound so technically it truly depends on your audio system and how loud and effective can be to actually feel the sound waves breaking threw the barriers
We also can feel music emotionally spiritually as well as physical and definitely mental even from a relatable stand point you can feel the sound in your soul

Intensity matters. Get a huge bell, tuning fork or a tube and play it with your very hands. That's the way to heal the whole body. Singing that particular tone won't be bad idea either. I think the best would be the bell you can fit into. Crazy effects guaranteed. For instance cats do it their own way. They purr. My cat's after a few minute pet session release cat fluffs every time.
