Brittany was, in fact, MORTIFIED. Glad your second round of stickers made it safely - they were no match against our stainless steel cone puck! Thanks for the awesome review of our UCS-9S, we’re happy to see more customers jumping on the #conepuck movement. As for the hardware, we included a cylinder retaining screw and washer in addition to the Allen wrench. You didn’t need it since you used the cylinder and sleeve from your 2173A puck, but now you have them handy if you need to swap cylinders! Thanks again, Kevin!

Excellent call brotha. I just bought a trailer and started looking for locks and coupler locks. My biggest problem with the proven industries was a simple cordless drill in 15seconds opened the lock.
Btw what model coupler lock is that? The one i need is the 2615 due to my coupler style.

If they have a drill, can’t they just drill the cylinder where the key goes?

I'm sure they could damage the lock but not sure if it would open.

PacLock's UCS cylinders are made entirely out of steel and have steel pins. So drilling would probably take a considerable amount of effort.
