The only complaint i have with mygm is that theres only 3 match cards, I want there to be 7 or 8,i really hope that this is just an example/demo of how Mygm will come out
Same there can't just be 3 matches that's ridiculous. Other than that mygm and the rest of the game looks fantastic

As long as this game is playable at launch and not completely broken like 2k20 and battlegrounds hopefully it will give 2k19 a run for its money
It really can't stand up to 2k19 the roster is no where near as good as it once was. Atm this is one of the worst rosters in game since wwe 2k12
@@gammers6550 i agree friend but svr 2011 had a small roster but the gameplay was good 2k battlegrounds had a large outdated roster with bad gameplay i can work with a small roster as long as the gameplay and modes or fun and good

Thank you Matt. I loved that you touched on the interference Option and who may actually be apart of it when we chose to help further the storyline.
That was one of the things I personally feel the games needed to help tell a story. Hopefully we get the opportunity to choose what we actually want to say in a promo this time around. One other thing, When Roman came out during his entrance...I was wondering if that was his animation for a Promo with him wearing the shirt? It may not matter to others but I was hoping they'd automatically let wrestlers do promos in street or entrance attire for a more accurate sequence
for some reason this trailer has a nostalgic vibe to it. Just looks really exciting
It looks great, I’m just hoping they have an option to switch it back to 2K19 controls but this trailer was awesome. Lots of good stuff in there. Excited for more info specifically Universe Mode.

They could easily do that if they update their to games like EA does. Just do it better.
I would prefer this to be the last game and just constantly update it yearly
When it's 2023, they can update it to WWE 2K23/24/25 etc etc

I'd rather having in-game models with poses then real renders. Real renders stick out like to much of sore thumb when you put them alongside CAWS.

Does it bother anyone else that we may only be able to book four matches/two promos in GM mode? I feel like it should be optional to do 7 or 8 matches and four or five promos for regular shows... More for ppvs...Options are needed
I agree, but if it's anything like Universe Mode has been you can change the amount of matches per show.
I have a feeling myGm will be overhyped smh it wont be anything like it should be or even better than universe mode i feel like they wont give us much they’ll give us more as years go by much they did with universe mode

@@TheBloobster i wouldnt put anything past them 😂 honestly im not going to get to hyped up because we’ve been dealing with 2K for years now and they didnt even do anything special with universe mode really not even story creator atleast or give us a draft to play around with like i get the concept of freedom and putting superstars and championships where you want them and Power Rankings but other than that it felt pointless each year especially to an extent because like i said i was waiting for story creator
OF COURSE they would come out with a GM mode when half the roster is gone lol. We've waited years! Oh well, it's not 2k's fault. Very cool to see this 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Wwe still have bigger roster than svr 06,07 and 08 combined so... Pretty good for mygm mode.

But man, I'm gonna miss Aliester, DB, Lee, Ember, Cole, Murphy those wrestlers were so much fun to play with (didnt even get to use Kross/Scarlett 😕). I think 19 had the best roster ever imo. But with all that being said I really do hope they give us a good game in the end.

@@RONTHEGOAT really good point. A lot of peoples creations are better than the in game models anyway lol. Dont seem like we'll have that issue this year. CAW are great but I just have to turn the intros off because they erase all the "other" peoples names from the creation suite. Looks like I'm gonna have to cop 3 wrestling games this year.... AEW game looks promising with the little theyve given us so far and the wrestle code looks good as well. It's a great time to be a wrestling fan

Been waiting so long for a modern wwe gm mode. And its actually happening. Can't wait to do videos on my gm. But I hope I can use my custom superstars per example that would be sick. Especially if they start on the overall you choose for them
Finally a GM mode. The only thing i was missing but fingers crossed it will come is special match types ( buried alive etc ) and Create a storyline mode. But this trailer got my hype and hopes up again.
My biggest fear is that they've turned Universe Mode into Road to WrestleMania, I want the normal Universe Mode in this game.

pretty sure it’s gonna be more like 2k17 my career but with the flexibility of universe mode and the ability to switch who you play as
The trailer was pretty awesome, I'm excited for gm mode and curious to know more about the my faction mode. I'm curious to know if my faction will have different storylines for characters within the faction that progress based on our choices each week.
Assemble I'm hoping that Roman Reigns comes out with the no shirt look and after the match when he win I want to see the Red Sash placed around his neck

I’m actually hyped for this game, if you look closely in this video it’s got Samoa Joe vs Joaquin Wilde, so I’m hyped for the new superstars, also the developers have already scanned a lot of the released stars

If they can deliver on what I see here this is gonna be an incredible game. I’m not crazy about the control layout, but I can get used to it, or hopefully we can tweak it.
I hope we can set more then 3 matches..otherwise the gm mode is totally useless. I also hope we can play universe mode like we did in the past, otherwise this would also be useless for me
My guy called it universe 😉 nah that's a separate mode it's your brand. My GM/ GM Mode finally is back

GM mode is finally back but the fun of this mode requires plenty of wrestlers, which means legends and current wrestlers to draft & compete against various brands. Match card is only 3, so it doesn't resemble in real life... Best if the champ belt is displayed instead of not showing up anywhere on screen at the match card page for the title holder.

I like the trailer and the GM mode but I don't like this fighting style of 2k. I don't want to play a UFC/street fighter game so I hope that the way the fighting is different than what they showed. Either way looks cool. Drew's face looks weird but anyways it looks fun and I liked your reaction
Hey Matt one thing I noticed was on the controls there no omg this year
hopefully, we get regular updates on the game and they don't just give a few glitch patches then abandon the game. I'm hyped to see how they changed up universe mode and how it differs from GM in terms of storylines and booking, because outside of managing a budget and fans and ratings its gonna be the same

Its looking hella promising. Just trying to keep my expectations realistic so I'm gonna be surprised with this game when it releases.
I know they did this with wwe 2k15 but I have the feeling that my gm is only going to be available on the ps5 and Xbox series x version. They did this with my career mode in wwe 2k15 where they had it on the ps4 and Xbox one version but not on the ps3 and Xbox 360 version.
In the background Is the Smackdown 2019-2020 arena hopefully it’s playable
I hope we get a better DX tag team entrance, and if we're lucky, a 4-man DX entrance. 🤞
I hope the Draft from 2008-11 is available but probably not but it would be a cool option
I still don't like simulated matches. I'd like to be to click on simulate, choose a winner, and then be able to watch that simulated match play out. Like watch the actual match itself.
So like before I'll only be using simulate if I want to skip something, basically.

I've been asking why are they featuring rey mysterio a lot, it turns out the showcase is about him, he's a true legend and he really deserves it and more. And they replaced that pressing two buttons to do a finisher with bumper and button which is an improvement even though just the
(y/triangle) was just enough.
I am very excited about GM mode going to be on WWE 2k22 I know I say one time I really do not care about the mode but I think that's a good thing because you can have a WWE draft and GM mode have not been in the game since 2010 when smackdown vs raw

As far as the roster i don't really care much for the new generation wrestlers,as long as the attitude era is represented correctly and ruthless aggression era im good,but i take great gameplay over roster any day.
Can we use created wrestlers In MyGM? Custom championships, custom arenas and such.
still waiting for confirmation on those modes from 2k! but we 'should' be able to add all superstars and custom stars in mygm.
I wanna be hyped up and excited. but I feel like someone NEEDS to be skeptical and remember how in the past that trailers made the game look awesome but when released....the glitches and whatnot ruined the entire gameplay.
So far this trailer has ease my worries a bit. but still...I'm not dropping my shield until we get closer to release.

I’m so excited for the game because they put the new arenas with the big screens which I wanted them to be put so badly in the game and also the 2020 smackdown arena and maybe they added the 2020 raw arena as well and the updated version of the thunderdome but I’m also worried for two wrestlers that I play as and I love their gimmick and that is Alexa and carmella I’m worried for both of them because first Alexa’s character has changed so many times and her theme songs and her entrances and her trons and I can’t imagine that she’s outdated in the game having the goddes gimmick instead of her current gimmick because if she has her goddes gimmick that means that she will be so outdated in the game but hopefully her entrance, theme song, trons and entrance and maybe the model are up to date and match her gimmick and now carmella ok so carmella had her return and her entrance was with the curtain and light showing her silhouette and then the curtain goes down and she walks and also her tredici theme song that I truly love and she also had her red trons ok then they changed her trons with cheetah print but still same entrance and theme song mhm after all that then the wwe got their live crowd back back and they changed her tron again and with the new arena changing the curtain to a white light to show her silhouette but now after all that explaining she now enters without the silhouette and enters normally and we’ll now she enters normally and has a new theme song now and we’ll what I’m trying to say is that for what I saw in the trailer they added the new arenas and are also updating the trons and we’ll that makes me think that I’m not gonna be able to play as her with her curtain entrance or her white light entrance in the new game because she doesn’t use that anymore in her entrances from now and because they changed her theme song from the tredici one and we’ll it just makes me worried because I feel like I’m not gonna get the chance to play as her with her curtain entrance or her white light entrance

I hope theyll be doing matches from reys wcw and ecw career as well cause then that means we might be looking at the debut of wrestlers like ultimo, psychosis, juventude, Kidman ect.
Unfortunately they can't have his feuds with Dean Malenko or Chris Jericho, but yeah those would be nice. Hopefully they will mention his stuff with Kevin Nash in WCW.
