Thanks for the interview Liam. I actually thought this Zapier Central did a bit more than it actually does. I thought you could add Behaviour prompts with triggers and actions written as text ...and it would actually create the ZAP flows for you automatically...but it doesn't. It is more of an intelligent support that tells you want to do but you still have to build them manually as you would normally which is a pity as real AI would create ZAPS from text instructions...one day maybe. I have to say the actual interaction I had with their agent was very good and felt like I was having a conversation with a person so they have that part working well! 🙂
According to their terms of service, Zapier does not allow building of Zaps for third-parties. Nothing said in the interview suggests that this has changed. Zapier is not agency-friendly.
You can help third parties they just need their own Zapier account, you can't build Zaps for them on your own account. They even offer a team plan to allow for subaccounts. I may not be understanding your comment correctly though
@@WornOffKeys For IP reasons, I want any automation I create in my account, not the client's account, as an agency. Zapier is not agency-friendly. Until they change their terms of service, I would not recommend Zapier or Make to agencies.

Interesting, but again slideware. The last couple of weeks I've been searching for actual demo's on how AI agents/agencies can be implemented and add value, where it goes beyond a chatbot connected to a facebook ad-manager and google sheets for instance. But integration with serious business CRM/ITSM tools for instance. Would be nice to actually see such a demo.
This is the one issue that I don't love Zapier...and has nothing to do with the platform. It's the culture. This guy is reading off of a script to answer the questions. Love your content Liam - no shade whatsoever, but I'm a Make guy because of some of the nonsense and hoops that Zapier makes you jump through just to get projects customized / completed.

That not make sense, are you visited Fivver or Upwork?
