I've just recently discovered your UA-cam channel hit you up with a subscribe the other day after watching one of your videos when I saw the name Morningside I thought America maybe had an area called Morningside so good to see you were in Scotland (where I'm based) and noticed you moved out and took your business elsewhere would love to hear your thoughts re the Scottish market. As I want to target UK but think America will be a good target market. I think your video was one about starting an AI automation Agency was an interesting watch as I'd been doing everything you mentioned anyway and been documenting my journey. Was interested what you were saying about LinkedIn in this. My Facebook biz page got hacked and my ads account so can't access it and lost a warm audience of leads who I'd built up over the past 12 years. With no-one you can speak to to resolve issues so need to pivot to another network but I personally hate LinkedIn. I like Facebook :( LOL.
There’s nothing better than having a group you can resonate with. I can recommend this to anyone who wants to thrive in business. Find yourself likeminded people that have similar values and keep each others accountable. 🙌🏻

Content builds A LOT of authority + trust. The fact you're willing to put your voice, and face, out there. My channel is much smaller, but people will book in a call with me, and several times I've heard... "It feels so weird to be talking to you live" (the whole parasocial thing, when you feel you know someone) Or, "Was trying to do it myself, but figured I'd just get you to do it since you've already done it" Don't need a big channel at all to create that effect.
I started ugly filming with no make up down the beach walking my dog multi-tasking so thought it can only get better haha :) It's NOT lol. No I'm joking but practice definitely makes perfect. I cringed at first, even worse having to edit my own videos for my training video I found it's made me feel really vain I'm 50 and want to look 20 on screen lol so I'll need to become a millionaire to be able to afford the surgeries I want lol facelift etc OMG haha I've hit you up with a subscribe for your channel interested to find out more about your area of expertise. Been in the voice ai agency space for 2 months now. Its been difficult, especially recently, been going through difficulties on the technical side, while wondering how I'm going to get clients later on. This video is the only thing that has made me feel the motivation once again that I had when I got into this game. I'm fully sold on personal branding. And I realize once again this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I cannot miss. And personal branding is not saturated. Thanks Liam.
Thank you Liam for posting great content. If you are thinking about starting consider this: 1. Most of the guys in this video are probably more talented or they try much harder than the average person. You might not be as quick as them and it might take longer. 2. Finding answers to technical problems is not as easy as in other technical markets as AI is still very new and you are NOT flooded with tutorials compared with e.g. Java development. 3. AI and prompting is different from other IT as it doesn't give you the same answer every time and it doesn't always compute the correct solution. Hybrid solutions where the AI results are double-checked are probably better now until a new generation of AI develops. Good luck! (I studied computer science in the past and have learned chatbots for a few months now on the side)
Good point!Thats exactly why you should outsource it to the experts! And why I'm reaching out to you! Where each person has their own strengths and area of expertise. I've built my business by working in collaboration. I would rather outsource to each person who is a professional in their sector so eg in my own team we have graphic designers, web developers, SEO experts etc My background is sales, marketing and advertising, GDPR and now AI as additional strengths to compliment what I already do in my main biz. So far I haven't taken on staff as I always wanted the flexibilty of a laptop lifestyle business. And employ a team of subcontractors I've worked with for over 30 years some of them so we have all worked well together for years. WE all work from home so no high overheads and I find working with people who are self-employed is better I've managed staff and found the staff the most difficult part (managing them). Your video did give me a gigglew) mentioning is AI saturated...? It reminded me of last year when I thought I'd missed out and was behind the curve due to the exponential rise of AI I thought i was lagging and been sleeping or not on the ball. It's unreal how rapid this rise has been exponential. But AI is in its infancy. Very early days but I felt I was so far behind when 2 clients were using AI but badly. Thank you for sharing your collective wisdom. Appreciate you guys!

Good luck Terry, I remember seeing your Media Plus video, you got alot of potential just try to like spice it up a bit and make the scene look a bit better like better lighting and make the background feel branded vs jus like a typical boring office lookin bland space.. u feel me? I dig ur stuff keep going! oh and easiest way to know wht i mean is jus youtube like any of those youtubers u can see they always have like a blue and orange light and the background is blurred out and have plants in the background, jus these little touches gives ur channel more authority and quality. goodluck!
