That depends if passengers are in body bags or in cremated form. AN 225 could transport roughly 20 000 of former and up to 5 000 000 of latter in its cargo bay. Very efficient. Not that it will ever be needed for that role, let's hope AN 225 is a Soviet-built Strategic Transport Plane. It means CARGO. Largest cargo plane ever. It was designed to transport a Soviet space shuttle on its back. It has a (very much living) crew of 6. Those things with lots of pages, - they're called: books
