I have gastroparesis and intestinal dysmotility, which can mimic IBS or IBD. Due to my issue being digestive motility, the prokinetic Mestinon (Pyridostigmine) fixed me. It's nice when an older medication can be repurposed to treat additional medical conditions, since older medications cost much less than newer ones.
