Congrats! Looks like a fun trip! The hard part for me with most of those screaming toddlers is knowing that they are screaming because of they're in pain from the pressure change. I feel ya on that Uber frustration! When you just wanna flow through and little details just hang ya up. In Spain you have to wait 15 minute or something for Uber. They have a cooling off time to make you take taxis... Dam those are small logs, not burritos.. Looks so Yummy! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy...
I get it! But thats what would make things so addictive. I am sure you can find flour, Corn & salt to make the Dough. If you get a lot of tourists on walking street I think you would shock the tourists when they see Authentic Street Tacos. This would be classified more as a Gimmick to drive customers in the door. Bite size Tacos for a Bite size Price. It's all about getting those customers through the door and keeping them there as long as you can. If people have to wait in a line to get a Taco others assume that your place is good.

Feel bad for the small kids flying the, air pressure hurts their ears and they don't know the tricks to regulate it. I always travel with noise cancelling head phones.
