I'd like to understand the process of drilling and placing the anchors. What exactly did you use? How deep are the anchors placed? We are preparing to place pavers onto our existing pool deck. My assumption is that we will need to place anchors that go deep enough to be secured in the old existing concrete (not just in the paver).

Are there anchors in the floor?
Yes there are anchors in the ground the bolt goes into to secure the track down.

What got blown out? The concrete or the anchor?
