Try mashing some of the potatoes to thicken it

Pakuluan pa ng ilang minuto, para lumapot pa konti ang sabaw
More ratio of tomato sauce than water or broth then slightly over cook your bananas and potatoes to add to that thickness.
I use tomato paste Po to thicken it a bit then pakuluan Po longer but removed Po ung veggies at meats nya pra dpo malata
