I used to fish for browns and rainbows in the hills - but like 40 year ago! Best bait I used by far was to fit as many earth worms as possible on to the smallest hook as possible. Deadly. Well done lads.
Thanks for the support! I release every trout I catch because they are just such an amazing fish and its then giving other people the opportunity to catch a trout.
@@dpfishing46 absolutely! Taking an occasional feed from stocked waters is fine, but I try to never take from a wild trout fishery- especially small waters. Much more fun to catch them again!
@@TassieTroutGuy man we have a lot of small bodied native fish in our natural waterways it’s actually detrimental to the native wildlife that has evolved here to release trout back into the stream, if a trout is more important than the native fish to you then somethings wrong, it’s strange to think that people protect introduced species so much instead of helping the water system back to how it used to be
Awesome video. Me and my kids learned a few things by watching. Thanks for sharing.
Thankyou! Im glad you enjoyed it.

Cheers! Trout fishing is definitely awesome fun.
Well done guys. Really good to see you releasing- nothing kills off a stream quicker than removing anything that moves.
