i am tired of are roads being used as a public racetrack and the loud exhaust maybe not in this case . but i would like to see cars with altered exhaust be impounded and inspected and if the exhaust has been altered and it is to loud aka noise pollution then the car should be put in a crusher and destroyed and if the driver/ owner gets hit again with noise pollution they should be in the car when it gets crushed .
