I buy locally roasted (within 2 weeks max) which is difficult to find organic. I alternate different mushroom powders that I add to my oat, almond or cashew milk. Right now I’m adding turkey tail, reishi & cordycep. I make a vegan protein powder for myself that I usually add a scoop of to my milk as well. I sweeten with agave nectar that I add vanilla & almond extract to. And use an aeropress to make my espresso in the morning. I never experience the crash from coffee or extreme spikes unless I’m having a straight up latte instead of my above concoction. However even just a bit of mushroom powder of any kind I notice it tempers the extreme high and low from coffee. This was insightful info. Thank you.
