Until george not found went to the end (in his dream) I was pretty convinced that the reason Dream doesn't want anyone to go to the end is because he has his home there.
Would have been the highlight of the Lore, if they found out that the only reason they weren't allowed in the end was that Dream wanted some alone time in his mancave xD

If Sam hadn't put Techno in the prison, or even the same cell, Dream wouldn't have been able to call on his favor and Techno wouldn't have had reason to break him out. So Sam is basically at fault for almost everything going wrong right now.

No, Techno was scouting the prison even before he knew that Ranboo was put in the prison. He was originally going to break Dream out, but then he saw Ranboo being put into the prison and had an extra reason to enter.
Sam wasn’t wrong, Dreams intentions were for Techno to break him out.

I’m not an apologist, but I still see C!Sam as worse. Maybe I’m biased cuz I’m a C!Ranboo apologist and he did kill him, kidnap Micheal, At least threaten to murder Micheal, Tortured (Or allowed it) Dream in prison for almost (if not) a year, starved him with only raw potatoes, left him with only a clock and books for entertainment, and left him isolated by himself for most of his sentence which is arguably almost worse then torture. You gotta admit at least it’s very bad planning on Sam’s end to do all that and then not expect Dream to escape and come for him
