I still cannot believe Dara actually, FINALLY, is on the show. My brother and I became fans of his from Mock the Week and his stand-up shows during the 2000s, and remain so to this day. This is already my most anticipated series of the show so far
The interviews getting posted makes it REALLY real, I'm so excited 😍 Also, I thought little Alex was already pretty sassy last series but sneaking in a "are you going to report me?!" not even 30 seconds in... that bodes well for us (and awful for him) for this series - and I.can.not.wait!🎉
I made up several full seasons of Taskmaster contestants in the past, and I am BEYOND excited to see Dara O'Briain and Sarah Millican on, as they were high up on my list of contestants I wanted to see. Should be a terrific season.

What? Are the interview questions ever related to anything in the tasks? I think not. Either I have been missing something very obvious from all the previous seasons or you don't know that interview task has just (not really) random questions just to communicate the general vibe of the contestants.
Dara is a big brain boffin and sharp as a tack but we've seen in the past that doesn't always mean they've done well aha, will be interesting to see if he'll cave on to Greg or if he'll stand his ground as a former show host

And that person? Dame Judi Dench. nah just kidding, it was Dara O'Briain (even better, one of my other picks after just only discovering her a year ago is Fern Brady! now both in one go!)

Cant wait for this series! I liked Dave Gorman and i also liked David badiel, Johnny Vegas and Jo Brand. Task suggestion here: Name: Popcorn Set theme: Movie. dimmed lights. Task items: Assorted items 3+bags of popcorn kernels. one mini popcorn machine. The task is to pop the most popcorn. you have 5 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to pop the popcorn. each kernel poped is a point. each unpoped kernel that is placed in the finishing ball is -5 points. edit: bonus points for best flavor.
I love these so much, and I look forward to the rest. I'm not familiar with all of the participants in this upcoming series aside from Dara and Sarah, so I feel I'll learn a bit about the others.
Can’t wait to see Dara and Fern on this season. I think Dara will be the David Baddiel of this season while Fern has the possibility to be the sleeper hit like Sophie last season.
I don’t think Dara will be as lazy as David was sometimes; I can see him getting fixated on a terrible idea but if there’s another task like Make A Dramatic Entrance, I think he’ll go all in rather than losing commitment partway through
I still can't believe my luck. I only just discovered Fern Brady last Christmas, and I was immediately balls to the wall crazy about her. She went right into my "dream 5", and now getting her so soon after that, AND getting my most wishful player ever in Dara... this one's been a hard wait I know that people are making the Dara/VCM comparison because of the high intelligence, and I kinda have a bit more faith in Dara scoring better because, I'm sorry but he just seems vastly better at improvving and adapting to things on the fly that Victoria is. Of course he could still totally crash and burn, but I doubt he'll be this surprise repeat of VCM

There's the end of a show, talks funny in London iirc, which he takes it off to reveal colourful ruffled sleeves for his '2012 movie' bit as the show was ending before the encore Oh which by the way he had to wear under a suit for a full 1hr 30 minute show
I wanna know what first came to his mind when he was asked about his main concern. It was pressing enough to make him open his eyes and physically shift.
I'm not sure about _every_ series but there's a lot of early series interviews amongst the Taskmaster playlists on Dave's channel (UKTV Play) as they obviously own the rights to those (or did).

It’s entirely possible that they did, but we just didn’t see them yet. They did it for season 1 after all, and I only saw those just recently
