That first one was just brilliant.
James North It's a scene from an old movie. I just can't think of the name of the movie. It's actually driving me crazy. lolz
+Jessica Badeaux 1950's film "All About Eve", starring Marilyn Munroe =)
Sir Knightingale yess lolz OMG thank you that was bugging me. xD
Anytime! ^_^
From what I've seen in this reels, out of all the online 3d animation schools, this one has consistently the best students. It's crazy.
Absolutely wonderful! Love the dude with the backpack that James Donnelly made.
Whats with the guy's right foot at 3:02? It's missing a sandal and it's also full of unnecessary kites around the calf when he could've easily
continue the loops over the rest of the leg? He has perfect geometry everywhere else so is there a special reason for this?
What is the application for to draw anime and moving.upload to draw and move
I'm really impressed with the consistency between students. I also think I have a crush on one of the model turn tables...
The first one is insanely great....
Greatly enjoyed watching these. Very fun
Love them, the animation is super inspiring! And the model at 2:20 completely mirrors Sam Nielson's "unlikely hit man" posted on his blog back in 2007. (Sam is a concept artist for Avalanche and a teacher at BYU) The assignment here was probably to model a character designed by someone else. (Kind of like the Wolverine model from earlier in the vid.) It's a great model of her, love the apron. :)
Wow, i would love to be an animator. but i have no experience and dont know where to begin learning 3d animation, i can get blender but it confuses me and i cant figure it out. any tips on how to get started?
Useful critique. What would you have done differently with the animation?
Hello! That is the "Marnie" character from AnimSchool. Check on our front page, third picture link.
What's the name of the rig at 2:34? Is it only available for Animschool students?
I love the first one, is that a self made rig? or is it available somewhere?
Song?
Love the Wakfu character at 104. Great work Jose Melchor
other books: thinking animation by angie jones and jamie oliff. acting for animators by ed hooks. there are others that one might be able to find at the local library. Some even have sample 3d programs to get you started as well as how other programs work. what i'm really trying to say if you want to be an animator, research it and do it. learn all you can from the all the free sources available, that way you won't be making any risky financial choices thus hampering life with needless debt
I really enjoyed watching this.
0:56 Reminds me so much of Ellen Page
Haaaa the grenade pin flies away when the ring is out. So, that grenade wasn't armed when it flew over the fence. That is why you need to do research.
My two favorites were Wolverine and the eye-patch pirate, who reminded me of Mike Wazowski. :D
Hey all of that looks awesome!! Where can I get more info? the Website links are down! Please help!
I love the magician scene with the bomb, that made me laugh :)
Bugs bunny and elmer fudd
hey
verry nice
i love it
which programm are you using?
Please how may i train with you guys is there any training something for we that we want to learn?
Ultra cool models and animations!
These videos almost make me wanna sign up. But then I remember I'm too broke for this course, let alone to maintain a license for Maya.
I'll just have to stick to Blender and random UA-cam videos.
Nice work, and makes me think I should do like to avoid having to weight paint everything.
there's plenty of ways to get started and no end to the tutorials that you can find on how to get started. I think a good way to get your feet wet is Alice. it's kid friendly but then again that makes it easy to get started with as an adult. There's daz3d software i suggest going with 2.3 if you can find it. Blender is good. you can change the interface to that of Maya if you are familiar with that program. Book suggestions: Illusion of life. it's about 2d animation but the principles are same
alguem mim sugere um filme pelo o amor de Deus
all of it was great, good job
awesome works !!
nice work!
3:04 tht character is great 😂 hahahaha
amazing work.
super cool,......enjoying :)
How are you and what are you doing
Awesome!
looks good!
One of those "average" students just landed an animation job at Disney features.
epic work
0:57 i feel bad that he got his car stolen by precious plum
I don't understand this
Modeling and texturing are all apart of the animation process... In my opinion the animation wasn't bad at all....
damn nice. keep it up!
cool
poor guy at the end
204 my bad
good stuff there..
i think so :D
nice impressive!!
Maya and Softimage :)
Hi my name is Emily I whching my iPad ok
all of it is humanoid animation
do you teach any mechanical or xenophobe animation?
2:08 Wakfu?!
Guessing that's sarcasm... But on the actually animated bits... First piece could show far more in the facial animation. Next two are very linear. There's not real highlight moments or changes in pace/motion to catch the eye. 3rd is nicely stylised Bellboy is a weak concept and execution IMO. Next the Run piece is nothing special. I won't go on. The models and textures are nice and quirky as I hinted at. Just I feel the animation could be developed. My guess, a modeller get the Disney job...?!
Sadly some very average animated work. And as pretty as they are, not sure how modelling static characters falls under animation. But I guess the turntable moves...
2:01 lol
I don't either😀🐢🐢🐀🐀🐱🐈🐩🐕🐶🐩
On the contrary, I hate it as well as the other two similar clips. It might be a nice character but the fact that it speaks so naturally-humanly contradicts with the character's unrealistic style and it makes it fall deep in the Masahiro Miro's uncanny valley -a huge mistake! In other words, the voice style should match the character's unrealistic appearance (using exaggeration). The animation should be more exaggerated too.
