tkdmh I'd say it's indeed "hollowing" souls, because this song is about Smaug's destruction, and the rest of the chorus uses themes like "burning the trees, blood in the breeze," so I think in this case he would not jump from a theme of despair and hopelessness to a theme of souls being respected, since Smaug's goal would not be to revere your soul, but to crush it. :)

tkdmh In the official music video (the one you have playing in the corner) there is a bit where it shows the lyrics on a computer. Some of the lyrics are there including that line. I understand. Most of he websites go by ear and most of them are right, so it doesn't really matter anyway. Also Your Welcome. :) :D

But do you really think someone would take down a video with almost 8 million views on it just to fix like one lyric mistake? Plus, there's an edit where the lyrics is wrong. Also, this was the first karaoke to this song so all lyrics sites had different lyrics on them. Not the easiest thing to know every exact lyric then :)

In the official music video (the one you have playing in the corner) there is a bit where it shows the lyrics on a computer. Some of the lyrics are there including that line. I understand. Most of he websites go by ear and most of them are right, so it doesn't really matter anyway. Also Your Welcome. :) :D

But do you really think someone would take down a video with almost 8 million views on it just to fix like one lyric mistake? Plus, there's an edit where the lyrics is wrong. Also, this was the first karaoke to this song so all lyrics sites had different lyrics on them. Not the easiest thing to know every exact lyric then :)
