While i was working reuben was playing i already said to him straight away: why are you playing in a bar you should be playing at a big stage. He said, thanks man i really appreciate it. Now he will make it. Never forget he was playing for like 20 people there. 🔥 dont beleive ask him hell know that moment.
As an American, I just have to say the performances on The Voice Australia far exceed 99% of the performances in America. How are y’all just producing the most beautiful people with the most angelic voices? 😂

Although it’s just the first episode, I would love to see him win the whole thing. Insanely talented without having to put on a whole show. That a cappella opening was bone chilling

First saw Reuben sing in 2014 at I believe a friend’s wedding at Sittella winery in Swan Valley Perth just as we as “60 year olds” were planning our small wedding there! When we met to ask if he could make our day special he was only 21 - he certainly made our lunch special as he sang every song that my guests requested included some random - my young nephews were blown away when he sang a rock song in his own style - can’t remember exactly but think it was AC/DC on the guitar! I love what a lovely humble person he is and pray he gets what he deserves for himself and his little family ❤❤

First heard Reuban at Acoustics in the park, a small group of talented Perth musicians who met at Kings Park. I was instantly wooed by his voice back then and am still. You're going to the top bro.
I watched him performing way back in august way before the voice began and he was so good. Loved his reggae nos. Also excitedly mentioned to him Leeann Rimes as a judge after his performance. I must have manifested or is it just coincidence that I was hoping that she would be his coach.
I'm watching this youtube from the US so not able to see the whole show. When you say blocked - he didn't have a choice to pick the judge he might have wanted? If so that is a shame. I see in comments Leanne blocked. Thanks in advance for your input.
When you sing a song that is as popular as this one, also slow tempo, it is easy to move the judges and the audience. I would love to hear him in an original - take him to the finals now 😀
