Chris Columbus wrote a script for gremlins 3 and universal liked it but they want to see how the animated series does before they spend a lot of money on a movie
The 3 G's for me: Ghostbusters, Gremlins, Godzilla 1984 - I even have the Japanese Starlog Magazine that is promoting all three films... all three are equally special.
I'd love another Short Circuit. Maybe it could be called, Short Circuit 3: Johnny Goes to College. Its would make sense, there's a lot of input at a college. Imagine gold Johnny 5 as a freshmen at Princeton, Harvard, or any other Ivy League school.

I don't know about Nostalgia critic. I'm just going by what I think. The Mighty Ducks animated series was an interesting spin on the franchise; making the Mighty Ducks hockey playing ducks from outer space who fight an alien threat while still taking time out to play hockey. I think Gargoyles was interesting. I recently rewatched the beginning episodes of it and they were really good.
@@haroldjhayward3241 The Mighty Ducks is definiately a guilty pleasure show, but credit where it's due the episodes did get better as the show went on, plus it's hard to knock a show that was self aware & Nosedive breaking the fourth wall like deadpool. But I'm game for both Mighty Ducks & Gargoyles to have a reboot, hell give them a crossover as well

Andre, you are awesome. I think you have brought up a great point about Gremlins. They deserve more positivity and attention then what they have. Gremlins, Ghostbusters, and Goonies are three great G's. Speaking of underrated, I think the 1985 movie Fright Night deserves more attention and love, too.
I loved Gremlins as a kid, it was my first real 'scary' movie that I ever saw and in fact, several years later, it was during watching Gremlins that I first kissed a girl. I love them! And I need that animated series and reboot ASAP!

I was born 1991 and I have some vague memories of Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron. I don't remember any of the episodes, but I do remember that sweet, sweet opening with that rocking theme. I've heard talks of a reboot happening, but the last piece of news on that was from like, two years ago.

Love this, cause as an aircraft mechanic every time there is a problem that we can’t quite figure out and it keep returning we blame it on there being gremlins in the aircraft and we just have to find and remove them.

And maybe just for Elisa Maza alone, an NYPD detective who was not only a woman, but also African-American and Native-American. I used to love Gremlins. I had a Gremlins t-shirt as a kid, and I wore it even after it became too small. I loved Flight of the Navigator. I used to watch that just as much as Gremlins, ET, Ghostbusters and the Beetlejuice. For some reason my mom kept renting those movies over and over. Oh, and some random Disney VHS that had Donald go to ‘Math Land’
