You’re correct with Adam and Rob. From Rob, it’s Tim in the middle, Chance, then Austin on the end in the grey sweater. Tim let his hair go grey during the middle part of the pandemic and had it cut short. That’s why you didn’t recognize him in the middle. ☺️ Some fans love it (yours truly includes), and sone fans prefer his hair longer. Chris, the older brother of Adam, left in May 2016. Obviously, he’s not here in this one because of that. I am forever grateful that Chris and Adam created this group, but since Chance joined their sound has evolved and it seems they’re fan base has grown by leaps and bounds. Han e and Tim trade off singing bass so when Tim sings lead, Chance covers the bass. This one is a favorite from their Warmest Winter album. This is one of my favorite new HF songs. The only reason I recognized Tim in this video, was because he did a “Long Black Train” cover with Chris Rupp (beatboxer’s brother). It is phenomenal!
They are a super talented group! The harmonies are always on point and the beatboxer is a beast. They are capable of changing parts and can all beatbox some - and the beatboxer sings too.

Tim wrote this song and they put it out just two months ago or so. Tim and Austin have been writing a lot of songs lately. You have Adam (beatboxer) right and Rob (with glasses). Rob’s a tenor. Then Tim the bass, in the middle (in older videos he has longer hair and no gray). Then it’s Chance (who’s new since 2016 - he replaced Chris who in older videos usually wears a cowboy hat). Chance is a baritone/bass who fills in for Tim when he sings tenor. Austin is on the end in a sweater with reddish hair. He’s the high tenor. Rob and Adam are from Minnesota. Chance is from Alabama, Austin is from Georgia and Tim is from Texas. Sometimes you will hear a southern twang from Austin or Tim on some songs. So glad you like them. You won’t be disappointed.
1st I'll say this was written by Tim, the lead singer, Tim is the long haired guy, but he's cut his hair & let the gray start coming out....the BUtts Remix is almost 7 years old now !!! Chance is the guy who sang 2nd...and interesting here, Chance was doing the bass at the beginning as Tim (the usual bass) was singing in his higher voice, so Chance the usual baritone, can take over the bass at times for Tim, to let him sing in his higher range...also at times they both sing bass to really give it a DEEP bass sound, such as at the end of How Great Thou Art (which is their most viewed video)....hopefully I was good in explaning LOL....also their originals like this, not necessary to pause...they own their own label now & they never block because they want you to react to their videos.
I get so many copywrite claims, and things blocked.. so guess have a habit of pausing a little.. that and I like to add my 2c worth or its just me bobbing my head to music haha.. Just as I think ive got their names sorted, I read another comment and get all confused again. I think I'll try learn 1 at a time. Rob and Adam are cemented in.. And think I know Austins face now. So the more I do the more I will learn :) That and I need to get up to speed on soprano, tenor, baritone etc terminology. Well all terms relating to singing I guess. Their "sound effects", such as the the one in this song you mentioned, the harmonica in Man of Constant Sorrow, and of course their harmonies are what I love most about HF. In their cover of Cover Me Up, you can hear a steel guitar sound. I can't be sure, but I believe it's Austin doing it. But dang, it sounds so awesome.
