For the spring tension for B3 is aroumd 70 degrees. So even though everything lines up if i i go straight down i still need to rotate around 1/4 turn to the next leg? Is that how the tension and clocking work?
Just curious, i have the same machine. 2" a-arm lift with 33" motohavok's. Fried the stock clutch with 120km on it. Will this clutch kit help me out? Dealer replaced stock clutch but high gear isnt an option anymore.
I wasn't working on it, but I did put a card in the video to a video from Real Talk Powersports explaining how the primary should be put back onto the machine.
@@JustinTheCreator ok thanks. I'm pretty happy with the clutch that is in it. Low gear goes comfortably at 13 miles per hour. And it's wound up pretty good. Were I ride you have to do some rock climbing know matter were I'm going. But I love it. Hundreds of miles of riding right in my back yard. I'd love to ride with you some time bro. i called maine street cycle and inquired about the clutch kit for the 950 to help with the smoother take off,i was told they wouldnt help and probably would make it worse.
Hey Dennis; This is Blake Stalans. I personally have installed the 950 clutch kit from Main Street Cycle in my 950 and absolutely loved it. If you will private msg me on Facebook messenger, i will call you through messenger and ill tell you all about it.
@@Doniehg ah, then yes. Wet clutch is a different animal...I would assume Main Street has a kit for it, but I’m not 100% sure what all that includes or entails. If there’s any dealer that has it, it’s Main Street. Blake from Real Talk Powersports would be the man to ask about installation on that one.
Good video on how not to reassemble the primary clutch. The TrailBloc has balance marks the must be aligned to reduce vibrations. Fallow this video if you want to destroy your crank bearings. After watching this I wouldn't let MSC work on a tricycle.
@@mscbros7938 Factory Service Manual for the Z1000 Section 05-4 page 05-119 States "Make sure the balance marks are in one straight line". Maybe you should read it some time. Edit: It also states if any hard parts need replace that the whole primary must be replaced as a unit.
@@larry97016yep they need marked and kept in same orientation. Does this old z force 1000 have the one way bearing on the primary shaft? I couldn't see in this video.
Keep it up bro. Awesome job as always.. Can't wait to see how everything goes with the channel and the new products..
Thank you, Phil! Appreciate you, brother! 💪🏼🙌🏼
Justin thank u I just ordered my kit am a little nervous on that secondary feel like I will mess it up somehow but this makes me feel like I cam do it
You can absolutely do it. I thought the same thing when I did my 950.

sure do respect those guys with REAL mechanic skills. So how she running now? 🏃♀️🤔
It ran great! This was one that came in the shop while I was down there
Man not that difficult to do. Thanks Justin.
It really isn’t, Tony! Thank you for always watching and commenting. Really appreciate you, brother!

The clutch kit master

Yes, this will absolutely help you out!
Where do we find the formula for reclocking
If you join any of the Cfmoto fb pages and search “clutch kit” you should be able to find it. I don’t have the specs
What did MSC charge for this job? Thanks
You didn't line it back up right.

Hi justin. Is that the same exact clutch we're running in the 950s?
It is
It is! Most CFmotos run the same cvt clutch

Should be exactly the same! Just give Main Street Cycle a call and they will fix you right up!
