1. Interns often work under the guidance of experienced teachers who can provide valuable feedback, support, and professional advice. This mentorship is critical for growth and confidence-building.
2. The Department of Education (DepEd) has implemented a Child Protection Policy to safeguard students against abuse, bullying, exploitation, and discrimination. Interns must understand their role in reporting and preventing such incidents.
3. I am currently facing challenges with my lesson plans due to the need to carefully consider student needs, learning styles, and lesson objectives. It can be difficult to strike the right balance between covering required content and making the lessons engaging and accessible.

1. Teaching internship is important because student teachers seek to make sense of their experiences and develop their own voices and identities as instructors, student teachers will have the opportunity to engage in critical reflection throughout their teaching internship. Also, student teachers can establish a good/professional relationship with other fellow student teachers and also gain knowledge to their cooperating teachers
2. It think it is REPUBLIC ACT No. 7836, where it is an act for teachers to be professional. And it is a guide principle for teachers to have or to show a proper behaviour around childrens and other people. It is a responsibility of a teacher to become a good influence to them.
3. For me the most challenging stage is Stage 3 which is the Performing on-site duties. I know myself as a shy type person, I tend to have panic attacks, fear of being judged. But I am 4th yr now, I know that I can make it and face my fear. And also, this is the part where we need to apply the knowledge we have learned. It will be difficult and challenging.
