    1:35 - Prone Press Up
    2:55 - Cat & Camel
    4:32 - Floor.... Band Pull? / Heel Tap
    6:30 - Different Variation of above
    7:40 - Elevated Bridge on Bench with Leg Raise

    Man, I need this. My lower back tightens...plus, lower right back hurts on the follow thru...hurts to do that right side bend.

    I tweaked my back 3 days ago hitting balls but I've never had back trouble before, at least not with golf. I've been alternating heat and ice every hour. I'm on a monthly plan for golf lessons so I need to get back to hitting balls as soon as possible. The pain isn't bad and it's getting better. What should I do so I can continue my online lessons?

    I did the first 2 normally when my back has issues
