    I could never soak my brushes. It ruins the glue holding the bristles and shaft. Imagine how expensive it becomes when you need that much micellar water. ☹️

    Just put some micellar water on a cotton pad or towel and wipe the brushes immediately after each use! ❤ works great

      Thats just spot cleaning for when you switch products or colours, if you dont use soap there will still be bacteria in there

    I used to hate washing them, now I clean them every weekend, I swear once you get used to it, it becomes something you have no problem doing.
    And when you clean them more often, they take less time to be washed. Also listening to a podcast or an audiobook really help.

    I use 70% isopropyl alcohol in between washes. I have the alcohol in a gentle spray bottle. I lightly mist the brush & then wipe it on a clean towel. It doesn't damage my brushes at all & it keeps me from having to deep clean them every time I use them.

    My secret is use a lityle bit of dish soap with warm water, vinegar and baking soda
    Leave the brushes 5 min rinse, and they are clean! The dish soap it's great for tackling oils and the vinegar/ baking soda mixture helps to penetrate the fibres remove the makeup and avoid extra scrubing

    Lol i loved your voice over . I use this trick also i keep a cup on the sink in the morning of the micelliar so when im done with my beauty blender i drop it in and give it 3 squeezes and i come back later and give it a rine wash with light soap and its good to go gets the foundation out so no stains keeps the new blenders looking great i also have just prefer to get the black ones they clean up best stain wise. Very important to clean your brushes often will prefent breakouts and buildup, they work best clean and they will hold oil dirt bacteria plz clean em youd be amazed the bacteria. I clean mine every 3 days for lesser used ones i will spray wipe with a spray bottle with micelliar and a round cotton. But blenders cause they are a sponge every use your skin with thank you also always take your makeup off at the end of the day i do micelliar and then wash with a good face cleanser and of course nightime creams serums. ❤🎉

    Could be good, but don’t let the water run into your brush Ferrell! They will fall apart faster, try to dry them hanging with the brush end down.

    I use this off from a youtube video i saw awhile:
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tbsp dish soap
    1 cup of hot water
    put in brush and let it sit in the liquid mixture for 20minutes. After 20 minutes toss out old water and rinse off the residue.

    I clean my brushes with a solution of soap, vinegar (1:1) and warm water. I leave them to soak and change the dirty water and wash them on a silicone pad. I wipe them with a kitchen towel of the excess water and leave them with the brushes face down to dry. They come out very clean and disinfected thanks to the vinegar...can be sprayed with pure alcohol when they are dry...Try it !!Success...Greetings from Romania.❤

      Soak for how long?

    • @7-Liana-7
      @7-Liana-7 6 місяців тому +1

      @@rubylum2905 10 minutes maximum...if they are dirty, change the water and repeat the operation for another 10 minutes. After washing and clarifying, squeeze out the excess water and leave to dry, with the brushes down.🙂...tell me how did they turn out? if you are satisfied🙂

    How to remove oily spf mixed with foundation from the inside of the brushes? Only worked after shampooing them 4 times and soaking in essential oil then soaking in jojoba oil then shampooing again

    Baby shampoo has a very high pH and it will clean them like brand new and also the reason why baby shampoo is high pH because it's tear free try it You will love it

    bro, my sister had to make up brushes, for I would say like four years and never washed them and then I took it upon myself too and they were white. I did not think they were supposed to be white. I thought they were meant to be brown. I was bamboozled.

    Oh my god, please don't soak your brushes, and especially don't put them in the sink with the water running. 😱
    You never want water on the handle or ferrule, especially not like that. 😢

      Then what are you supposed to do instead? Not wash them?

    • @rudeawakening5816
      @rudeawakening5816 Рік тому +2

      @@cryptic2071Your supposed to wash them 1 at a time, brush hairs down, without getting water in where the ferrule meets the handle. I lightly mist the ferrule & hanle with isopropyl alcohol to kill any germs I don't get with washing the hairs.
