Unhook negative side first then you don't have to worry about the battery sparking.

I would pull the Negative terminal on the Battery before the Positive ..

Yeah they make it difficult on these new cars so you can take them in to the shops..

What can one expect when the new battery is put in?
Are there cases where a scan tool will be needed to maker'er run smooth again?
I'm told that there will just be a computer re-learn during driving.
No worse case scenarios mentioned.

Do you have to connect any some memory saving tool so you don't loose a code on radio etc. Or is it ok? Thanks

When I connect to the new battery all the memory was saved... No code was needed for the radio
